Abstract
【解決手段】複数の絶縁されたヒータ素線11が経編みされ、ループを綴る方向である経編み方向Vの両端部12A、12Bに隔置された状態で電極13A、13Bが設けられた網目状発熱体12と、網目状発熱体12を経編み方向Vと直交する方向Hで電気的に2つに分離する絶縁線11’からなる絶縁部10とを備え、絶縁部10で電気的に2つに分離された網目状発熱体12a、12bの網目状発熱体12aは経編み方向Vで分離され、この2つの網目状発熱体12aa、12abの各分離端にはそれぞれ給電用の電極14A、14Bが設けられている。

Claims (5)
- 複数の絶縁されたヒータ素線が経編みされ、ループを綴る方向である経編み方向の両端部に隔置された状態で電極が設けられた網目状発熱体と、
前記網目状発熱体を前記経編み方向と直交する方向で電気的に2つに分離する絶縁線からなる絶縁部とを備え、
前記絶縁部で電気的に2つに分離された網目状発熱体のうち何れか1つは前記経編み方向で分離され、この2つの分離端にはそれぞれ給電用の電極が設けられたことを特徴とするステアリングホイール用ヒータ。 - 前記網目状発熱体は、前記複数のヒータ素線がループを経方向に連続且つ平面的に綴るトリコット編みで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のステアリングホイール用ヒータ。
- 前記絶縁線は、前記ヒータ素線とは色が異なることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のステアリングホイール用ヒータ。
- 前記絶縁線は耐熱性繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうち何れか1項に記載のステアリングホイール用ヒータ。
- 前記電極は、矩形状の金属箔に所定本数の前記ヒータ素線の端部を重ねて平面的な薄い状態で半田付けされた電極基層と、前記電極基層の表裏両面を覆った状態で接着する柔軟性がある絶縁材料とで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうち何れか1項に記載のステアリングホイール用ヒータ。
