トラック・トレ−ラ−等の貨物の搬送に於いて、平常運行時の走行方法は、従来から往路、復路共、一般的に通常のまゝ継続して、走行しているが今回の発明は、省エネと、環境(エコノロジ−)に配慮した運行システムを連携稼動させる装置を台車に装着させる。即ち重荷重走行時を通常運行システムとし、空荷重走行時を空荷運行システムとして、エコシステム運行を行う。これは、タイヤ装備をUP車輪・浮きタイヤに切替えて運転走行出来るように装着したもので 前車輪及び原動力車輪は、原則として従来型のままとし、それ以外の付随車輪の一部又は全てを、可動システム用の車軸・ホイ−ル(タイヤ)とし、これを空荷運行システムとして装備したものを、一般的な平常の空荷走行時には、常に付随車輪をUP車輪・浮きタイヤ又は台車・車軸を一体的にリフティングさせる装置として、前記の付随車輪を路面上で使用しないで空走行させる。
これがトラック・トレ−ラ−エコシステム運行である。
