Claims (8)
- 出力最終段を検査する装置であって、当該出力最終段は少なくとも3つハーフブリッジを有しており、当該ハーフブリッジは、上方および下方の半導体スイッチの直列接続体からそれぞれ構成されており、動作電圧が印加され、
前記ハーフブリッジの半導体スイッチの接続点は、少なくとも三相モータの巻線と接続されている出力側を構成する形式のものにおいて、
制御装置(20)が設けられており、当該制御装置は前記半導体スイッチ(1〜6)のそれぞれ1つまたは同時にそれぞれ複数を、所定のプログラムに応じて、導電状態にスイッチングし、ここで前記出力側(10,11,12)のその時々の電圧がそれぞれ、その時々の接続状態に対して設けられた許容公差領域内にあるか否かを検査する、
ことを特徴とする、出力最終段を検査する装置。 - 前記巻線(13,14,15)への導線は、別のスイッチ(31,32)によって切り離し可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- モータの前記巻線(13,14,15)は星形接続を構成し、前記別のスイッチ(31,32)は中立点および前記出力側から巻線(13,14,15)へのリード線内に配置されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記別のスイッチ(31,32)はリレーである、請求項2または3記載の装置。
- 前記ハーフブリッジ(7,8,9)および動作電圧の出力側(10,11,12)と、ウィンドウコンパレータ(20’)の入力側との接続は分圧器(22,23,24,25)を介して行われる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記半導体スイッチ(1〜6)が導通状態でない場合に、各出力側電圧を所定の平均許容公差領域に位置させる手段が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記手段は抵抗(26)から構成されており、当該抵抗はハーフブリッジ(7,8,9)の出力側(10)と動作電圧源の間に位置し、前記分圧器(23)とともに前記出力側(10)に平均許容公差領域内の電圧を生成する、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記動作電圧のリード線内に制御可能なスイッチ(17)が設けられており、当該スイッチには抵抗(18)が並列接続されており、前記制御可能なスイッチ(17)は前記制御装置(20)によって制御可能である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
