Claims (3)
- a)一次流体流れの存在下で繊維形成熱可塑性材料をノズルアレイからメルトブローして、複数のフィラメントを形成する工程であって、前記フィラメントが繊維に細化され、移動方向を有する多孔性捕集表面に方向付けられる工程と、
b)前記フィラメントまたは繊維に少なくとも1つの二次流体流れを衝突させて、前記繊維を略移動方向およびその反対方向に振動させる工程と、
c)前記繊維を前記多孔性捕集表面上で捕集して、不織メルトブローンウェブを形成する工程と、を含む繊維ろ過ウェブの製造方法であって、
前記二次流体流れが前記繊維を十分に振動させ、それにより、捕集繊維の大部分が移動方向の±20°以内で位置合わせされ、熱処理が行われていないウェブにおいて、ウェブから約1〜約10cmの長さを有する繊維を解くことができる製造方法。 - 前記繊維の約55〜約90%が、上記移動方向の±20°以内で位置合わせされる請求項1記載の製造方法。
- ウェブ形成方向に相当する長い長手方向寸法と、長手方向寸法に直交する狭い幅方向寸法とを有するウェブ形態の繊維ろ過材料であって、
前記ウェブが不織熱可塑性繊維を含み、該繊維の大部分がウェブ形成方向の±20°以内で位置合わせされ、熱処理が行われていないウェブにおいて、ウェブから約1〜約10cmの長さを有する繊維を解くことができる繊維ろ過材料。
