Abstract
本発明の構成は、1-30wt%の穀物残渣と、1-30wt%のとうもろこし粉と、1-10wt%のカジノキ樹皮と、1-10wt%の苔と、その他は30-96wt%の混合穀物粉からなる組成物を圧縮成形して製造した容器及びその製造方法を特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 自然環境条件下で完全に分解される無公害の使い捨て容器において、
1−30wt%の穀物残渣と、1−30wt%のとうもろこし粉と、1−10wt%のカジノキ樹皮と、1−10wt%の苔と、30−96wt%の混合穀物粉とを、微細粉砕後に混合し、得られた混合物を高温高圧下で、所定の形状と寸法に圧縮成形することによって調製されることを特徴とする自然環境条件下で完全に分解される無公害の使い捨て容器。 - 前記の穀物残渣は、米、小麦、大麦などの麦わら、籾殻、糠などのうちから選ばれた一つであるか又は混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自然環境条件下で完全に分解される無公害の使い捨て容器。
- 前記混合穀物粉は、10-15wt%の大麦粉と、1-20wt%のジャガイモ澱粉と、5-13wt%のもち米粉と、5-12wt%の米粉と、残留分として60wt%以上の食物粉末から組成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自然環境条件下で完全に分解される無公害の使い捨て容器。
- 植物と穀物を主原料にして、自然環境条件下で完全に分解される使い捨て容器の製造方法において、
1−30wt%の穀物残渣と、1-30wt%のとうもろこし粉と、1−10wt%のカジノキ樹皮と、1−10wt%の苔と、残留分としての混合穀物粉(該混合穀物粉は、10-15wt%の大麦粉と、1-20wt%のジャガイモ澱粉と、5-13wt%のもち米粉と、5-12wt%の米粉と、残留分として60wt%以上の食物粉を含む)とを含むように、使い捨て容器を調製する組成を定め、各構成物を微細粉砕し、さらに粉砕された構成物を混合する工程と、
予め140−150℃に加熱され、500トン油圧プレスに連結された金属型で、得られた混合物を圧縮成形して、使い捨て容器を提供する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする自然環境条件下で完全に分解される使い捨て容器の製造方法。 - 前記の穀物残渣は、米、小麦、大麦、他の麦わら、籾殻、糠及びそれらの混合物のうちから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自然環境条件下で完全に分解される無公害の使い捨て容器の製造方法。
