Claims (11)
- 高分子樹脂溶液の紡糸溶液(1)を高電圧下でノズル(2)を通じてコレクター(8)上にエレクトロスピニングしてナノ水準の繊度を有するナノ繊維(3)を製造するにおいて、該コレクター(8)として加熱装置(6)を備えたコレクター(8)を使用することを特徴とする繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 加熱装置(6)を備えたコレクター(8)が、(i)下段面になる支持体(7);(ii)上段面になる伝導板(5);及び(iii)上記支持体と伝導板の間に位置する直接加熱方式の加熱装置(6)から構成される三層構造の積層体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 加熱装置(6)が、非伝導性高分子により被服された熱線(6b)などが一定間隔に配列されており、温度調節機(6c)が付着されている加熱板(6a)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 加熱装置(6)が、熱媒循環によって間接加熱される加熱装置であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 加熱装置(6)を備えたコレクター(8)が、(i)下段面になる支持体(7);(ii)上段面になる伝導板(5);及び(iii)上記支持体と伝導板の間に位置して、熱媒循環によって間接加熱される加熱装置(6)から構成される三層構造の積層体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 上記熱媒が、水、蒸気又はオイルであることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 加熱装置(6)が、その内部に熱媒循環用管(6e)が内臓されており、熱媒供給部(6f)及び熱媒排出部(6g)によって循環式熱源装置(6d)と連結されている板状の加熱装置であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項5記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 上記伝導板(5)の材質が、アルミニウム、銅又はステンレス鋼であることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項5記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 上記支持体(7)の材質が、非伝導性のプラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項5記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 上記非伝導性の高分子がシリコンであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
- 上記エレクトロスピニング方式が、下向式エレクトロスピニング方式、上向式エレクトロスピニング方式又は水平式エレクトロスピニング方式であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の繊維形成能に優れたナノ繊維の製造方法。
