Abstract
【解決手段】 この課題は、銅合金よりなる焼結された滑り軸受け材料において、10〜15重量%の錫、0.5〜10重量%のビスマス、5〜12重量%のグラファイトおよび残量の銅よりなることを特徴とする、上記滑り軸受け材料によって解決される。

図1〜3は鉛含有合金および本発明の合金のそれぞれの圧縮強度および硬度を示している。本発明の合金の番号は表中の番号に当たる。本発明の合金に関してはいずれの場合にも4回の実験を実施した。鉛含有材料についての予めの実験に比べて圧縮強度および硬度が増加し得ることが明らかに見える。
Claims (17)
- 銅合金よりなる焼結された滑り軸受け材料において、10〜15重量%の錫、0.5〜10重量%のビスマス、5〜12重量%のグラファイトおよび残量の銅よりなることを特徴とする、上記滑り軸受け材料。
- ビスマスの割合が0.8〜<5重量%である、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- ビスマスの割合が8〜10重量%である、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 錫の割合が>10〜13重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 錫の割合が11〜13重量%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- グラファイトの割合が5.66〜10.71重量%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- グラファイトが天然グラファイトである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- グラファイトが合成グラファイトである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- グラファイトの99%の粒度が<40μmである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- グラファイトが100〜600μmの粒度を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- グラファイトが100〜300μmの粒度を有する、請求項10に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 追加的に焼結助剤を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 焼結助剤として1〜3重量%のMoS2および/または0.5〜2重量%のCuPを有する、請求項12に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 鋼鉄および/または青銅よりなる支持体材料の上で請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け材料が焼結されていることを特徴とする、滑り軸受け複合体材料。
- 10〜15重量%の錫、0.5〜10重量%のビスマス、5〜12重量%のグラファイトおよび残量の銅よりなる焼結された滑り軸受け材料を非潤滑運転式軸受けのために用いる方法。
- 鋼鉄および/または青銅よりなる支持体材料上で、10〜15重量%の錫、0.5〜10重量%のビスマス、5〜12重量%のグラファイトおよび残量の銅よりなる滑り軸受け材料が焼結されている滑り軸受け複合体材料を非潤滑運転式軸受けのために用いる方法。
- ラジアル滑り軸受け、アキシアルコンタクト軸受け、滑り軸受けセグメント、滑り平板、球面滑り軸受けおよび軸受けブシュのために用いる請求項15または16に記載の方法。
