Abstract
Description
− 残留水分の範囲内にある僅かな水分含有量を有するルーズな繊維からほぼ均一な乾燥した繊維載置物を形成する工程、
− 前記繊維載置物を圧縮及びエンボス加工して、繊維が主に互いにセルフボンディングしながら結合している圧縮された繊維結合領域を有するエンボス模様を形成させながら繊維ウェブにする工程、
− 高い水割合を有する水−ラテックス−混合物を用いて前記繊維ウェブの少なくとも外側領域を湿らせる工程、
− 前記繊維結合領域の内側及び外側で前記繊維が結合しながら乾燥によりラテックスを析出させる工程。
使用した機器:
透明な隔絶されたチャンバを備え、2本の垂直なロッドを備えた回転ディスクを備えた粉塵試験機、試料用の固定クリップ、150rpmの回転数のモーター、タイマー、試料を保護するためのポリエステルシート、卓上試料切断機、ストップウオッチ、実験室用手袋及びMETTLER社の分析天秤AG205
試験条件:
測定のために使用した試料は、次の周囲条件下で試験した:
室温23℃±2℃
相対湿度50%±2%
測定原理:
測定すべき試料を、試験機中に取り付け規定された時間打撃した(粉塵の払い落とし)。この処置の前及び後の試料の秤量差により粉塵損失量を測定し、その量から粉塵含有量をパーセントで計算した。
a) 試料準備:
粉塵測定のための試料は、測定の前に、実験室中で少なくとも2時間上記の室内環境に適合させなければならない。前記試料は吸湿性でありかつ水分を吸収するため、可能な限り手袋を用いて取扱い、分析結果への影響を抑制する。
aa) 相応する試料箇所から、1つの分析について125mm×スリット幅(=1試料単位)のそれぞれ2つの試料を切断し、同様に同じ大きさの断片のポリエステルシートを切断した。

粉塵(%) = (A−B)*100/A
A= 試験前の試料の重量

Claims (23)
- 衛生製品、例えば特に失禁用品、使い捨ておむつ、パンティーライナー又は生理用品、又は吸収用ライナーの製造のために適した、天然由来のセルロース繊維だけからなる繊維ウェブの製造方法において、次の方法工程:
− 残留水分の範囲内にある僅かな水分含有量を有するルーズな繊維からほぼ均一な厚さの乾燥した繊維載置物を形成する工程、
− 前記繊維載置物を圧縮及びエンボス加工して、繊維が主に互いにセルフボンディングしながら結合している圧縮された繊維結合領域を有するエンボス模様を形成させながら繊維ウェブにする工程、
− 水−ラテックス−混合物を用いて前記繊維ウェブの少なくとも外側領域を湿らせる工程、
− 前記繊維結合領域の内側及び外側で前記繊維を結合させながら乾燥によりラテックスを析出させる工程
を有する繊維ウェブの製造方法。 - 乾燥した繊維ウェブの面積重量が20〜500g/m2、有利に100〜200g/m2の範囲内に調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- ウェブの上側及び下側を、連続する工程で水−ラテックス−混合物で湿らされることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水−ラテックス−混合物が水90〜99質量%とラテックス10〜1質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水−ラテックス−混合物が水92〜99質量%とラテックス8〜1質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 水−ラテックス−混合物が水95〜99質量%とラテックス5〜1質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 繊維ウェブを湿らせる間及び/又は湿らせた後で、繊維ウェブにかけられた負圧を用いて繊維ウェブの浸透を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 繊維載置物の圧縮及びエンボス加工を一つのプレスロール装置中で実施し、その際少なくとも1つのロールがピン付きロールであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 繊維載置物の面積重量に応じて、30N/mm〜120N/mmの線圧力の範囲内の多様な圧力を導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 繊維載置物もしくは繊維ウェブに高吸収性ポリマー(SAP)が、有利に高吸収性繊維として、圧縮及びエンボス加工の前に混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 高吸収性ポリマー(SAP)は、有利に高吸収性繊維として、層を形成させながら繊維載置物中へ導入されることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 高吸収性ポリマー(SAP)をセルロース繊維に、繊維載置物の形成前に均質に分布した形で混合されることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11記載の方法。
- 繊維ウェブ1cm2あたり16〜49個の圧縮された繊維結合領域が導入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 圧縮された繊維結合領域がそれぞれ0.03〜1mm2の面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水−ラテックス−混合物がロールを用いてフォーム塗布として又は吹き付けにより塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ラテックスの析出のための水の乾燥を、熱放射装置を用いて又は熱風を繊維ウェブに吹き込むことによって行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 生分解性ラテックス、特にデンプン系のラテックスを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 析出及び乾燥の後で繊維ウェブの少なくとも一方の側にラテックスは親水性であることを特徴とする、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 繊維ウェブの反対側のために異なるラテックスを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 析出及び乾燥の後に、繊維ウェブの一方の側でラテックスは親水性であり、他方の側で疎水性であることを特徴とする、請求項19記載の方法。
- 標準方法により測定して0.2%を下回る粉塵度を有する、請求項1から20までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された衛生製品の製造のために適した繊維ウェブ。
- 乾燥した繊維ウェブ中の高吸収性ポリマーの割合が0〜70質量%の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項21記載の繊維ウェブ。
- 繊維ウェブと結合したラテックスの質量は乾燥状態で1〜5g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項21又は22記載の繊維ウェブ。
