Abstract
【解決手段】距離測定装置は、ハウジングおよび距離の光学的測定のレンズ系を備えている。レンズ系を通して表面領域にビームが送られ、そこで反射する反射ビームを再び集める。距離測定装置は、ハウジングに接続した第1の構成要素を備える。第1の構成要素は、短い距離の測定で、送るビームの方向にハウジングから延ばせて、光学的測定では、スペーサとして作用する。第1の構成要素が延びた状態が、検知装置で自動的に測定される。

Claims (13)
- 対象物(1,18,22)の表面領域への距離(d)を測定する携帯型の距離測定装置が、
ハウジング(2)と、
該ハウジング(2)に入れて、変調して送るビーム(4)および表面領域からの反射ビーム(5)に対する電気光学的な距離測定のレンズ系(3)と、
前記ハウジング(2)に接続し、短い距離(d)の測定に、前記送るビーム(4)の伝播方向に、前記ハウジング(2)から延ばせる第1の構成要素(6,7,8,8',8'',9)と、を備えて
該第1の構成要素(6,7,8,8',8'',9)が、短い距離測定のために、前記ハウジング(2)の測定点(20)で与えられるゼロ点と前記対象物の表面領域の間に形成され、および電気光学的な距離測定のために、スペーサとして形成され、
距離測定および電気光学的測定のゼロ点を固定するための前記第1の構成要素(6,7,8,8',8'',9)の延長に依存する距離を自動測定する手段を備えている、ことを特徴とする携帯型の距離測定装置。 - 自動測定する手段が、光学的、磁気的、音響的、またはタッチ式か感圧センサからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の距離測定装置。
- 前記距離測定装置が、少なくとも1つの更なる構成要素(8''')を備え、必要に応じて、短い距離を測定する前記第1の構成要素(8'')に直角に設けている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の距離測定装置。
- 光学的、磁気的、音響的、またはタッチ式か感圧センサからなる短い距離の自動測定装置が、第2の構成要素(8''')を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の距離測定装置。
- 前記第1の構成要素(9)が、短い距離の電気光学的測定に、所定の固定した長さ(i)が、前記ハウジング(2)から延び、該第1の構成要素(9)が所定に延びた状態で、測定した短い距離(d)のゼロ点が、該ハウジング(2)から離れて面する該第1の構成要素(9)の端部で実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項記載の距離測定装置。
- 前記第1の構成要素(9)の所定の延びた状態を登録する装置を設けている、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の距離測定装置。
- 前記第1の構成要素(9)が、所定の延びた状態に旋回または延ばし、必要に応じて係止可能とする、ことを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の距離測定装置。
- 目盛り又はコードを、前記第1および/または第2の構成要素(6,7,8,8',8'',8''',9)に設けている、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜7の何れか1項記載の距離測定装置。
- 前記第1および/または第2の構成要素が、弾性的に変形可能な細長い一片、細長い剛体、特に容器を介して前記ハウジング(2)に取り外し可能に固定した長さ測定モジュールの何れか1つの形式からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜8の何れか1項記載の距離測定装置。
- 前記第1および/または第2の構成要素(6,7,8,8',8'',8''',9)のガイドか、摩擦の付着で延ばした状態が維持される、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜9の何れか1項記載の距離測定装置。
- 前記第1および/または第2の構成要素(7,8)の遠い端部が、フック(16)で、必要に応じて、該フック(16)の材料厚で移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜10の何れか1項記載の距離測定装置。
- 第3の目盛り(13)を、前記第1の構成要素(6,7,9)に設け、該第3の目盛りのゼロ点が、前記ハウジング(2)から離れて面する該第1の構成要素(6,7,9)の側で実施している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか1項記載の距離測定装置。
- 少なくとも1つの距離測定の第2の目盛り(12)を、前記ハウジング(2)に設け、該第2の目盛り(12)のゼロ点が、前記測定点(20)で実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか1項記載の距離測定装置。
