Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 冷媒を断熱状態で膨張させる膨張器、熱交換器を有する室内機、冷媒を断熱状態で圧縮させる圧縮機、および熱交換器を有する室外機を含み、冷媒を循環させることにより、その冷媒の状態変化を利用して選択領域の温度を低下または上昇させるようになったエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステムにおいて、
前記圧縮機から吐き出された冷媒の圧力が予め設定された基準圧力より低い時、圧縮機から吐き出された冷媒の一部または全部を圧縮機に再び供給して圧縮させることを特徴とする、圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。 - 前記室内機または室外機で凝縮された冷媒が熱交換用補助蒸発器を通じて前記膨張器に流入され、前記膨張器に流入される冷媒の一部が補助膨張器で断熱膨張された後、前記熱交換用補助蒸発器を通じて圧縮機に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記熱交換用補助蒸発器は、冷媒の流れに対して複数が直列または並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記補助膨張器は、冷媒の流れに対して複数が直列または並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記室内機または室外機で凝縮された冷媒が熱交換用補助蒸発器を通じて前記膨張器に流入され、前記膨張器に流入される冷媒の一部が補助膨張器で断熱膨張され、前記補助膨張器から排出された冷媒と前記室外機または室内機で蒸発した冷媒が混合され、前記熱交換用補助蒸発器を通じて圧縮機に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記熱交換用補助蒸発器は、冷媒の流れに対して複数が直列または並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記補助膨張器は、冷媒の流れに対して複数が直列または並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記室内機または室外機で凝縮された冷媒が熱交換用補助蒸発器を通じて前記膨張器に流入され、前記膨張器に流入される冷媒の一部が補助膨張器で断熱膨張され、前記補助膨張器から排出されて前記熱交換用補助蒸発器で熱交換した冷媒と前記室外機または室内機で蒸発した後前記膨張器で熱交換した冷媒が混合されて前記圧縮機に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記熱交換用補助蒸発器は、冷媒の流れに対して複数が直列または並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記補助膨張器は、冷媒の流れに対して複数が直列または並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記室内機または室外機で凝縮された冷媒が熱交換用補助蒸発器を通じて前記膨張器に流入され、前記膨張器に流入される冷媒の一部が補助膨張器で断熱膨張され、前記補助膨張器から排出された冷媒と前記室外機または室内機で蒸発した後に前記膨張器で熱交換した冷媒が混合されて前記圧縮機に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記熱交換用補助蒸発器は、冷媒の流れに対して複数が直列または並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
- 前記補助膨張器は、冷媒の流れに対して複数が直列または並列に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の圧縮機の出口バイパス構造を有するエアコンの冷媒サイクルシステム。
