Claims (15)
- 流入口、流出口、および、該流入口と該流出口との間のチェンバを有している弁箱と、
前記弁箱内に摺動可能に配設されている弁体と、
前記弁体に接続されている弁棒と、
前記チェンバ内に配設され、前記弁箱にネジ止めされ、第一の端部および第二の端部を有している弁座リング組立体であって、前記第一の端部に前記弁体を収納するための孔と、前記第一の端部内に配設されているブッシュとをさらに有してなる弁座リング組立体とを備えており、
前記弁体が、前記ブッシュと摺動可能に係合し、前記第二の端部の内側に配設されている弁座に対してほぼ同心上の位置に維持されるように構成されている制御弁。 - 不平衡式である請求項1記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁座リング組立体が、ガスケットを介在させることなく前記弁箱に固定されてなる請求項1記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁座リング組立体が、その円柱状の壁を貫通する少なくとも一つの開口部を有してなる請求項1記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁座リング組立体が、前もって決められたパターンでその円柱状の壁を貫通する複数の開口部を有してなる請求項1記載の制御弁。
- 前記複数の開口部が、前もって決められた形状で設けられてなる請求項5記載の制御弁。
- 前記複数の開口部が、ドリルによって開けられた複数の孔である請求項5記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁体が鼻部が突出しているほぼ円柱状の基部を備え、該鼻部が所望の流量特性を得るような形状に形成されてなる請求項1記載の制御弁。
- 弁用の弁座リング組立体であって、
第一の端部および第二の端部を有し、孔を有し、内部に少なくとも一つの開口部を有しているハウジングと、
前記第二の端部の内面上に形成されている弁座と、
前記第二の端部の外面上に形成されている複数のネジ山とを備えており、
前記弁座リング組立体が一体化されて形成され、前記第一の端部の直径を前記第二の端部の直径よりも小さくすることにより、前記弁座リング組立体内にガイド面を形成するように構成されている弁座リング組立体。 - 前記第一の端部の直径が、ブッシュを第一の端部内の位置に設けることにより減少されてなる請求項9記載の弁座リング組立体。
- 複数の開口部を備えてなる請求項9記載の弁座リング組立体。
- 制御弁を組み立てる方法であって、
一体化されたポストガイド式の弁座リング組立体を制御弁の弁箱の中に挿入することと、
前記一体化されたポストガイド式の弁座リング組立体を前記制御弁の弁箱にネジ止めすることと、
前記制御弁の弁箱にボンネット組立体を固定することとを含んでいる方法。 - 前記制御弁が不平衡式のグローブ弁である請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記制御弁がポストガイド式である請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記ボンネット組立体が、ネジ切りされた締結部材を用いて前記制御弁の弁箱に固定される請求項12記載の方法。
