Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの組織化金属板(2)を有する排気ガス処理構成要素(1)の製造方法において、少なくとも1つの金属板(2)を少なくとも1つの流体流(3、14)によって成形することを特徴とする排気ガス処理構成要素(1)の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1つの流体流(3、14)が、水、油、粒子、添加剤の少なくとも1つの成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 間欠的に進行することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの金属板(2)に、成形加工前に、金属板切断を含む工程を施すことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの平らな金属板(2)を少なくとも1つの流体流(3、14)によって少なくとも1つの対向成形型(4)に押し付け、もって少なくとも1つの組織化金属板(2)の組織(5)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの流体流(3、14)を利用され、第1流体流(3)で金属板変形を行い、後続の第2流体流(14)で金属板(2)の少なくとも1つの対向成形型(4)への固定を行うことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの対向成形型(4)で、同時に、少なくとも1つの組織化金属板(2)を送り方向(6)に搬送することを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の方法。
- 金属板成形に先行する工程において、金属板切断により少なくとも1つの金属板(2)に多数のスリットを形成し、スリット(7)の対向成形型(4)に対する制御した位置づけを実施することを特徴とする請求項5から7の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの組織化金属板(2)に、成形加工後、浄化工程を施すことを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの組織化金属板(2)を、多数の通路(10)を有するハニカム体(9)が生ずるように配置することを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つに記載の方法。
- ハニカム体(9)をケース(11)に接触させ、続いて熱的接合工程を実施することを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 流体準備装置(12)と、少なくとも1つの流体分配装置(13)と、少なくとも1つの対向成形型(4)とを有し、金属板(2)に組織(5)を形成する装置において、
少なくとも1つの流体分配装置(13)が、少なくとも第1流体流(3)および第2流体流(14)を供給することを特徴とする装置。 - 少なくとも1つの流体分配装置(13)が、少なくとも第1流体流(3)或いは第2流体流(14)について、圧力、流速、体積流量および形状の少なくとも1つのパラメータを変化するための手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項12記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの流体分配装置(13)が、隙間(16)を備えた少なくとも1つのノズル(15)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12又は13記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの流体分配装置(13)が、中央ウェブ(17)の両側に各々隙間(16)を持つノズル(15)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12から14の1つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの流体分配装置(13)が、金属板(2)との接触後に流体を除去する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項12から15の1つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの対向成形型(4)が回転可能な輪郭輪(18)であることを特徴とする請求項12から16の1つに記載の装置。
- 以下の少なくとも1つの要因に関し、輪郭輪(18)を制御して駆動するための手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項17記載の装置。
