外側シリンダおよび内側シリンダの長手軸が平行でオフセットするように内側シリンダが中に収容される中空偏心円筒形コアを備える外側シリンダと、
外側シリンダが中に収容される偏心中空円筒形コアを備える円筒形メインベアリングと、
駆動手段と、
を含み、
外側および内側シリンダを同時に回転させて、各々のクランクシャフトの両端部におけるメインベアリングおよびクランクシャフトの長手軸の間の距離を変化させるように、駆動手段が作動することができる。
リングの内面と外面の両方に歯を備えるリングギヤと、
内側および外側シリンダの各々の端部の周囲の一組の歯と、
リングギヤから内側および外側シリンダへ回転を伝達するギヤトレーンと、

Claims (16)
- 作動液圧力を出力手段の回転運動と交換できる液圧機械であって、該出力手段に結合された少なくとも1本のクランクシャフトを中心とする複数のピストン・シリンダアセンブリの径方向配列であって該クランクシャフト上で長手方向に離間した複数のシリンダ・ピストン・アセンブリと、該クランクシャフトの偏心率を変化させるための手段とを有する液圧機械。
- 各ピストンが接続ロッドにより前記クランクシャフトに接続され、前記カウンタシャフトと該接続ロッドとの間に球面ベアリングが設けられる、請求項1に記載の液圧機械。
- 前記クランクシャフトの偏心率を変化させる前記手段が、前記ピストンのストローク長をゼロと最大ストローク長との間で変化させる、請求項1または2に記載の液圧機械。
- 前記クランクシャフトの前記偏心率を変化させるための前記手段が該クランクシャフトの各端部に設けられ、
内側シリンダおよびクランクシャフトの長手軸が平行でオフセットするように各々のクランクシャフトが中に収容される中空偏心円筒形コアを備える内側シリンダと、
前記外側シリンダおよび内側シリンダの長手軸が平行でオフセットするように該内側シリンダが中に収容される中空偏心円筒形コアを備える外側シリンダと、
前記外側シリンダが中に収容される偏心中空円筒形コアを備える円筒形メインベアリングと、
前記外側および内側シリンダを同時に回転させて、各々のクランクシャフトの両端部において前記メインベアリングおよび前記クランクシャフトの長手軸の間の距離を変化させるように作動することができる駆動手段と、
を含む、請求項3に記載の液圧機械。 - 前記クランクシャフトの各端部において前記駆動手段が、
リングの内外面の両方に歯を備えるリングギヤと、
前記内側および外側シリンダの各々の端部の周囲の一組の歯と、
前記リングギヤから前記内側および外側シリンダへ回転を伝達するギヤトレーンであって、該リングギヤが各々のメインベアリングによって支持され、該メインベアリングが、該リングギヤと嵌合するように該ギヤトレーンが延在する切欠き部分を有する、ギヤトレーンと、
を含む、請求項4に記載の液圧機械。 - 前記メインベアリングが前記外面に歯を有し、前記リングギヤが各々のメインベアリングの該歯に隣接して設けられ、前記駆動手段がさらに、
シャフト表面に形成されたらせんと、シャフトが前記メインベアリングとともに回転するように該メインベアリングの各々の前記歯と嵌合するピニオンギヤとを備えるシャフトと、
前記シャフトの前記らせんと嵌合する内側らせんと、該シャフトに対して径方向である少なくとも1個の突出部とを備える少なくとも1個のナットと、
前記シャフトが中に延在する少なくとも1個の中空円筒形外装であって、各端部に2個の小ピニオンギヤを有する少なくとも1個の外装であり、各浅いピニオンギヤが前記駆動手段のリングギヤと嵌合し、該少なくとも1個の外装が、前記少なくとも1個の突出部が延出する少なくとも1個の長手方向スロットを有する、
請求項5に記載の液圧機械。 - 前記ナットを前記シャフト上で長手方向に移動させることにより前記駆動手段が作動し、前記外装が該シャフトに対して回転することができる、請求項6に記載の液圧機械。
- 前記ナットを長手方向に移動させると、前記リングギヤを前記メインベアリングに対して前進または遅延させる、請求項7に記載の液圧機械。
- 前記内側および外側シリンダの両方が釣合いおもりを有する、請求項8に記載の液圧機械。
- 前記メインベアリングの各々について、各々のメインベアリングの前記歯と嵌合するピニオンギヤを有する少なくとも1本のレイシャフトを含むことにより、該メインベアリングの各々へ印加されるトルクが、前記クランクシャフトへ伝達されるのでなく、該少なくとも1本のレイシャフトを介して伝達される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の液圧機械。
- 各々のクランクシャフトが回転する際に前記液圧ピストン・シリンダアセンブリが往復するように、該液圧シリンダ・ピストンアセンブリが前記ハウジングに支持される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の液圧機械。
- 各液圧ピストン・シリンダアセンブリの前記ヘッドが、前記ハウジングに支持された一対のスラストブロックの間に支持される、請求項11に記載の液圧機械。
- 前記液圧ピストン・シリンダアセンブリの前記ヘッドが少なくとも部分的に球形を有する、請求項12に記載の液圧機械。
- 各スラストブロック対が前記液圧シリンダの前記ヘッドの相補形状を有する、請求項13に記載の液圧機械。
- 前記液圧シリンダ・ピストンアセンブリが前記クランクシャフトに装着され、間の角度が同じである、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の液圧機械。
