Claims (9)
- 本エンクロージャ内に配置された第1装置であって、本エンクロージャ内に組み込まれている発生源から滅菌剤蒸気を生成送出させ、その滅菌剤蒸気をエンクロージャ内面全体で凝結させてその面を滅菌する第1装置と、
エンクロージャ内気体を吸引排出する気体吸引手段であって、滅菌剤がその発生源から本エンクロージャ内の最も離れた部位まで確実に行き届くよう、またエンクロージャ内が外気圧より低い所定圧力に保たれひいては発生する漏れ経路が何れも本エンクロージャの外部から内部への漏入経路となり本エンクロージャ周辺の外気への滅菌剤蒸気放出が防止されるよう、第1装置から離れた場所に配置された気体吸引手段と、
を備える無菌環境内処理実施用のエンクロージャ。 - 請求項1記載のエンクロージャであって、エンクロージャ本体のアウトレットから導かれておりその内部に気体吸引手段を構成するファンが配置される気体吸引経路上に、気体吸引手段を介した外気への滅菌剤の放出が防止されるよう、その経路を辿る滅菌剤を無効化する滅菌剤無効化手段を設けたエンクロージャ。
- 請求項2記載のエンクロージャであって、滅菌剤無効化手段がファンよりもエンクロージャ本体寄りに配置されたエンクロージャ。
- 請求項3記載の装置であって、滅菌剤無効化手段が、滅菌剤を分解し生体に無害で外気に排出できる物質群へと変換する触媒コンバータを有する装置。
- 請求項3又は4記載のエンクロージャであって、選択作動可能なバルブ制御型のアウトレットが複数個、気体吸引経路に設けられており、本エンクロージャ内を外気圧より低い所定圧力に保つ際はそのうちの小容量のアウトレットを開放させ、本エンクロージャ内の滅菌剤雰囲気を吐出させる際は大容量のアウトレットを開放させるエンクロージャ。
- 請求項1乃至5のうち何れか一項記載のエンクロージャであって、
その内部で無菌環境内処理が実施されるメインチャンバと、メインチャンバからフィルタによって分離されており且つプレナムチャンバ内に空気を引き込むポンプを有するプレナムチャンバと、を備え、
第1装置がメインチャンバ内に収蔵される一方、気体吸引手段は第1装置から離れた場所でメインチャンバ内の気体を吸引するようプレナムチャンバに連結され、
プレナムチャンバのポンプにより引き込まれた空気がメインチャンバとの境にあるフィルタを介してメインチャンバ内に送り込まれ、これによってメインチャンバ内を通る濾過済空気流が発生するエンクロージャ。 - 請求項6記載のエンクロージャであって、プレナムチャンバから気体吸引手段に至るアウトレット内にもフィルタが設けられ、プレナムチャンバ内の気体がこのフィルタを介し気体吸引手段により吸引されるエンクロージャ。
- 請求項1乃至7のうち何れか一項記載のエンクロージャであって、エンクロージャ滅菌後にエンクロージャ雰囲気内の滅菌剤を無効化する第2装置が、その内部に収蔵されたエンクロージャ。
- 請求項8記載のエンクロージャであって、第2装置が、滅菌剤を生体に無害で廃棄可能な物質群へと変換する触媒コンバータを収蔵するハウジングと、滅菌処理終了後にこのハウジング内を通るようエンクロージャ内雰囲気を循環させその雰囲気における滅菌剤濃度を低下させる手段と、を備えるエンクロージャ。
