Abstract
Description
本発明は、また、この方法を実施するためのデバイスに関する。特に、本発明は、独立特許請求項6の前文によるデバイスに関する。

図4は、図3の別の実施形態を示し、そこでは、戻り管路10内の流体から管路6内の流体に熱を回集するための熱交換器18が配置され、前記熱交換器は、圧縮機5の出口3と工具8の入口7との間の管路6の付近に設けられる。熱交換器18は、そこで熱供給のための第1の熱交換器16が配置される管路の付近の場所の上流側の管路6内に配置される。
Claims (10)
- ほぼ閉じた加圧流体回路(2)と、
入口(4)および出口(3)を有する、前記回路内の前記加圧流体の圧力を上昇させるための少なくとも1つの圧縮機(5)と、
前記回路内の前記加圧流体によって駆動される工具(8)であって、前記工具を通って、前記加圧流体が、前記回路内で前記圧縮機の前記出口(3)から前記入口(4)に移送される工具とを備えた空気圧式デバイス(1)内の加圧流体の流れを制御するための方法において、
圧力が、前記圧縮機(5)によって発生され、周囲の大気圧を超える前記回路内の戻り圧力が前記工具(8)の下流側で得られるように、前記工具(8)の負荷が、制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 加圧流体供給源(12)からの加圧流体が、前記回路内での加圧流体の損失を補うために前記工具(8)の下流側で前記回路に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記回路が前記圧縮機(5)から前記工具(8)に延びる加圧流体管路(6)を備え、前記管路が、前記加圧流体と周囲の間の熱交換を減少させる目的で断熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記回路が、前記圧縮機(5)から前記工具(8)に延びる加圧流体管路(6)を備え、熱が前記管路内の前記加圧流体の温度を維持し、または上昇させる目的で外部の熱源(16)から前記管路に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記回路が戻り管路(10)を備え、第2の熱交換器(17)が前記戻り管路内に存在する前記加圧流体を冷却するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ほぼ閉じた加圧流体回路(2)と、
入口(4)および出口(3)を有する、前記回路内の前記加圧流体の圧力を上昇させるための少なくとも1つの圧縮機(5)と、
前記回路内の前記加圧流体によって駆動される工具(8)であって、前記工具を通って、前記加圧流体が、前記回路内で前記圧縮機(5)の前記出口(3)から前記入口(4)に移送される工具とを備えた工具の空気圧操作のためのデバイスにおいて
前記圧縮機(5)によって発生される圧力、および前記工具(8)によって採用される負荷が、前記工具(8)の下流側の前記加圧流体の戻り圧力が周囲の大気圧よりも高くなるようにされることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 加圧流体供給源(12)を備え、前記加圧流体供給源を通って、前記加圧流体が、前記圧縮機(5)の入口に導かれ、前記加圧流体供給源(12)内の圧力が前記戻り管路(10)内の圧力よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 熱交換器(16)を備え、前記熱交換器によって、熱が、前記圧縮機(5)の下流側および前記工具(8)の上流側の前記回路内の前記加圧流体と、外部の熱源との間で交換されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記戻り管路(10)内の前記加圧流体を冷却する目的で前記戻り管路(10)によって配置される熱交換器を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが燃焼機関に設けられ、前記熱源が前記燃焼機関によって加熱された流体または物体を備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
