Abstract
Description
本願はSteve O. Mork外により2003年10月17日出願のダイバータバルブ組立体に係る先の米国仮特許出願第60/512,233号の優先権を主張する。この先願の全開示内容がここに参考として組み込まれる。
一実施形態によれば、ダイバータバルブは複数の入口および出口ポートを有する弁体を含む。ダイバータバルブは二つのセラミックによるバルブセクションを更に含み、二つのバルブセクションは相互に対して回転して、弁体へ浸入する流体の幾つかの出口ポートの一つへの使用者による誘導を可能にする。
Claims (19)
- 第一入口、第一出口、第二入口および第二出口を含む弁体、
固定ディスク、
可動ディスク、および
第一入口が第一出口と流体により連通する第一位置および第二入口が第二出口と流体により連通する第二位置のいずれか一方の位置へ前記可動ディスクを前記固定ディスクに対して選択的に移動させる手段を含むダイバータバルブ。 - 前記弁体内に少なくとも一部が設置された流れ調節器を更に含む、請求項1のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記弁体内に少なくとも一部が設置された逆止弁を更に含む、請求項1のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記可動ディスクおよび前記固定ディスクの少なくとも一方がセラミック材により形成されている、請求項1のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記固定ディスクおよび前記可動ディスクは少なくとも一部が弁室内に設置されている、請求項1のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記弁室および第一入口と流体により連通する通路を更に含む、請求項5のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記通路は前記可動ディスクが第一位置のときに第一出口と流体により連通する、請求項6のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記通路は第二出口と流体により連通する、請求項6のダイバータバルブ。
- 第二入口および第一入口は、前記可動ディスクが第一位置と第二位置間を移動するときに第一出口と流体により連通する、請求項7のダイバータバルブ。
- 第一入口、

第一入口が第一出口と流体により連通しかつ第二入口が第一出口と流体により連通しない第一位置と、第一入口が第一出口と流体により連通することなくかつ第二入口が第一出口と流体により連通する第二位置のいずれか一方の位置へ前記可動ディスクを前記固定ディスクに対して選択的に移動させる手段を含むダイバータバルブ。 - 前記流れ調節器は少なくとも一部が第一入口チャンネル内に設置されている、請求項10のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記流量計は第二入口チャンネル内に少なくとも一部が設置されている、請求項11のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記逆止弁は第一出口チャンネル内に少なくとも一部が設置されている、請求項12のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記通路は前記可動ディスクが第一位置のときに第一出口と流体により連通し、かつ前記通路は前記可動ディスクが第二位置のときに第一入口および第二出口とのみ流体により連通する、請求項13のダイバータバルブ。
- 第二入口および第一入口の両方が前記可動ディスクが第一位置と第二位置間を移動するときに第一出口と流体により連通する、請求項14のダイバータバルブ。
- 第一入口チャンネル、第一出口チャンネル、第二入口チャンネル、および第二出口チャンネルを含む弁体を用意し、
前記弁体の第一入口チャンネルへ流体流を供給し、
第一入口チャンネル内に設置された流れ調節器により前記弁体を通る流体流を調節し、
第一入口チャンネルから第一出口チャンネルへ、または第二入口チャンネルから第一出口チャンネルへ流体の流れを選択的に分流し、
第一入口チャンネル、第一出口チャンネル、第二入口チャンネル、または第二出口チャンネルの一つ内に設置された流体モニタを使用して流体流をモニタし、かつ
第一出口チャンネルから第一入口チャンネル、第二入口チャンネル、または第二出口チャンネルの一つへの流体の流れを第一出口チャンネル内に設置された逆止弁により実質的に阻止することを含む流体の流れを分流する方法。 - 第一入口、第一出口、第二入口、および第二出口を含む弁体、
第一入口、第一出口、第二入口、および第二出口の一つ内に少なくとも一部が設置された逆止弁、
固定ディスク、
可動ディスク、および
第一入口が第一出口と流体により連通する第一位置と、第二入口が第一出口と流体により連通する第二位置のいずれか一方の位置へ前記可動ディスクを前記固定ディスクに対して選択的に移動させる手段を含むダイバータバルブ。 - 前記弁体内に少なくとも一部が設置された流れ調節器を更に含む、請求項17のダイバータバルブ。
- 前記弁体内に少なくとも一部が設置された流量計を更に含む、請求項17のダイバータバルブ。
