Abstract
Description
本発明の主題は、さらに、クレーム1〜11の特徴を有する方法で製造された金属基材複合材料の、原動機付き車両用部品の製造のための使用である。特に、たとえばピストンなどのエンジン部品のように、高温に曝される軽金属−複合材料から成る自動車部品である。
本発明に従った方法によって製造される金属基材複合材料は、ピストン、または、ディーゼル燃料またはガソリン燃料によって駆動される原動機用部品の製造に用いることができる。金属基材複合材料は、さらに、たとえば、特に原動機における、シャフト用ブッシュ、シリンダ、その他の回転対称部品の製造に適している。これらはさらにまた、たとえばブレーキディスクなどの使用により磨耗する原動機付き車両用部品の製造に適している。
本発明に従った方法における金属基材複合材料の製造での加熱は、選択された合金、射出重量および工具、特にその部品の形状、スプルーブッシュなど、チクソ成形におけるスクリュおよびシリンダの形状、供給速度および射出速度にも直接関連する。これらのパラメータは、各部品について経験的に決定されなければならず、その場合、機械の構造およびそのデータプロフィールにも依存する。同様に、特性はまた固相部分にも依存する。これは、複合基材材料、すなわち基材および強化材の組合わせとのみならず、基材合金の機械的特性にも影響を及ぼす。
Claims (14)
- 金属基材複合材料を製造するための方法であって、少なくとも1つのマグネシウム成分、または1つのマグネシウム合金を含み、チクソ成形が行われる少なくとも1つの製造工程を含む、金属基材複合材料を製造するための方法において、金属基材に、少なくとも約2体積%のMg2Si相を組み込むことを特徴とする方法。
- 金属基材は、マグネシウムまたはマグネシウム合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ケイ素またはケイ素合金の顆粒とマグネシウムまたはマグネシウム合金の顆粒をチクソ成形法においてともに加工することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ケイ素またはケイ素合金の量および/または割合は、形成するMg2Si結晶の量および/または複合材料のケイ素成分量に関連して決定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- チクソ成形法において、金属基材複合材料から、引き続いてさらに加工される鋳造物を作ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法
- 金属基材複合材料からの鋳造物は、引き続いて少なくとも1つの方法工程において変形されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 金属基材複合材料からの鋳造物は、引き続いて少なくとも1つの鍛造法および/または押出し法において変形されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 複合材料を製造する場合、少なくともおよそ2重量%であって、多くともおよそ15重量%のSiを加えて行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属基材中、Mg2Siが少なくともおよそ5%から、多くともおよそ40%までの体積百分率が組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属基材複合材料の製造において、マグネシウム標準合金AZ91,AM50,MR1230D,MR1253Mのいずれか1つ、またはマグネシウムダイカスト合金によって開始されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 融解が最初に生じたとき、Siを添加し、その後チクソ成形装置の加熱を低下させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従う方法に従って製造されることを特徴とする、金属基材複合材料。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従う方法に従って製造される少なくとも1種の金属基材複合材料を含むことを特徴とする、原動機付き車両用部品。
- 原動機付き車両用のピストン、シャフト用ブッシュ、シリンダ、その他の回転対称部品またはブレーキディスクなどの、原動機付き車両用部品を製造するための請求項12記載の金属基材複合材料の使用。
