Claims (10)
- 第1構造(702)を第2構造に結合させる低衝撃分離ジョイント(701)であって、
第1主面と第2主面とを有し、それら第1と第2主面上に少なくとも1つの突起(801、802)が形成されたオス部材(710)と、
第1フランジ(711)と第2フランジ(712)とを有するメス部材(713)であって、それら第1と第2フランジ上に少なくとも1つの突起が形成され、第1と第2フランジ上の前記少なくとも1つの突起の面(901、902)はそれぞれ前記オス部材の第1と第2の主面上の前記少なくとも1つの面に嵌合して、張力と圧縮力のもとで分離ジョイントの分離を防止する、メス部材と、
前記メス部材の窪みに配置された爆発装置(707)と、
を含む低衝撃分離ジョイント。 - 前記メス部材は、第1と第2の半構造を有し、前記第1半構造は前記第1フランジを含み、前記第2半構造は前記第2フランジを含み、前記第1と第2フランジは、前記第1と第2半構造が互いに結合した際に互いに対面する、請求項1に記載の低衝撃分離ジョイント。
- 前記メス部材の前記第1と第2半構造が一体に結合した際に、前記第1構造を受ける窪みが形成され、前記窪みは前記メス部材の前記第1と第2半構造の両方に部分を含む、請求項2に記載の低衝撃分離ジョイント。
- 前記爆発装置が爆発した際に、前記爆発装置は、前記第1と第2フランジを前記オス部材から離れさせるように曲げ、前記第1と第2フランジは前記オス部材はなれるように円弧状に移動する、請求項3に記載の低衝撃分離ジョイント。
- 爆発分離ジョイント(701)の衝撃を減少させる方法であって、
オス部材の面(801、802)をメス部材の対応する面(901、902)に親密に接触させて、オス部材をメス部材に結合し、オス部材とメス部材の前記面により、張力と圧縮力のもとで前記分離ジョイントの分離を防止するステップと、
前記分離ジョイントのメス部材の中に設けられた爆発装置を爆発させるステップと、
第1の容積から第2の容積に前記爆発装置の囲いを膨張させるステップと、
前記爆発装置の容積膨張を利用して、前記メス部材のフランジ(711、712)を互いに離れるように曲げて、オス部材をメス部材との結合から解放するように前記親密に接触している面を互いに非接触状態にするステップと、
を含む、爆発分離ジョイントの衝撃を減少させる方法。 - 前記オス部材とメス部材の前記面を、それらがロックしないような角度にするステップを更に含む、請求項5に記載の爆発分離ジョイントの衝撃を減少させる方法。
- 前記メス部材を構造(702)に締結することによって、前記オス部材の面を前記メス部材の対応する面に親密に接触して保持するステップを更に含む、爆発分離ジョイントの衝撃を減少させる方法。
- 爆発分離ジョイント(701)を組み立てる方法であって、
前記分離ジョイントのオス部材(710)を提供し、
爆発装置を提供し、
前記分離ジョイントのメス部材(713)の第1半構造を前記オス部材と前記爆発装置に整合させ、
前記分離ジョイントのメス部材の第2半構造を前記オス部材と前記爆発装置に整合させ、
前記第1半構造を前記第2半構造に締結させる、
爆発分離ジョイントを組み立てる方法 - 前記第1と第2半構造を一体化することにより形成される窪みに第1構造(702)を配置し、
前記第1構造を前記窪みにボルト締めして、前記オス部材を前記メス部材に強固に締結する、
ことを更に含む、請求項8に記載の爆発分離ジョイントを組み立てる方法。 - 前記オス部材の第1主面の突起を、前記第1半構造の突起に整合させ、
前記オス部材の第2主面の突起を、前記第2半構造の突起に整合させ、
前記オス部材の前記第1主面の突起の面(801、802、901、902)を前記第1半構造の突起に嵌合させ、
前記オス部材の前記第2主面の突起の面を前記第2半構造の突起に嵌合させる、
ことを更に含む請求項9に記載の爆発分離ジョイントを組み立てる方法。
