Abstract
【解決手段】アルミニウム合金は、補助的に添加されたリチウムを含むアルミニウム−銅−マグネシウム合金である。この合金組成物は、約3〜約5重量%のCu、約0.5〜約2重量%のMg、及び約0.01〜約0.9重量%のLiを含み、CuとMgとの合計量は、アルミニウム合金の溶解限度未満に維持されている。

Description
表2に示す組成を有し、Liの量を変化させた5種のAl−Cu−Mg系合金を、インゴットとして鋳造した。
以下の組成(残部はアルミニウム及び偶発的な不純物である)を有するアルミニウム−銅−マグネシウム合金のインゴットを鋳造した。
Claims (24)
- 約3〜約5重量%のCuと、約0.5〜約2重量%のMgと、約0.01〜約0.9重量%のLiとを含むアルミニウム合金であって、Cu及びMgが、合金の溶解限度未満の総量で合金中に存在するアルミニウム合金。
- Li含有量が、約0.1〜約0.8重量%である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Li含有量が、約0.2〜約0.7重量%である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Cu含有量が、約3.5〜約4.5重量%である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Cu含有量が、約3.6〜約4.4重量%である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Mg含有量が、約0.6〜約1.5重量%である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Mg含有量が、約0.7〜約1重量%である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Cu及びMgの含有量が、式:Cu≦2−0.676(Mg−6)に従う請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Cu及びMgの含有量が、式:Cu≦1.5−0.556(Mg−6)に従う請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 約0.01〜約2重量%のAgをさらに含む請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Ag含有量が約0.05〜約0.5重量%である請求項10記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Ag含有量が約0.1〜約0.4重量%である請求項10記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 約0.05〜約2重量%のZnをさらに含む請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Zn含有量が約0.2〜約1重量%である請求項13記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Zn含有量が約0.5重量%である請求項13記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 約0.1〜約2重量%のSiをさらに含む請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- Si含有量が約0.3〜約1重量%である請求項16記載のアルミニウム合金。
- クロム、バナジウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、マンガン、ニッケル、鉄、ハフニウム、スカンジウム及び希土類元素から選択される少なくとも1種の分散質形成元素をさらに含む請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 少なくとも1種の分散質形成元素が、総量で合金の約1.0重量%以下存在する請求項18記載のアルミニウム合金。
- 約0.2〜約0.7重量%のMnをさらに含む請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- アルミニウム合金がシート形状である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- アルミニウム合金がプレート形状である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
- アルミニウム合金が押出物形状である請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金。
