Abstract
Description
OH末端基を有するコポリエステル(VESTAMELT 4680-P1)とDegussa社の三量体化されたポリイソシアネート(VESTAGON T 1890)とからなる粉末混合物をジアミン(例えば、ヘキサメチレンジアミン)および通常の分散剤と水中で分散させ、不動態化させた(NCO基に対して等モル不足量のジアミン1:50)。通常のアクリレート分散液、例えばPLEXTOL BV 441および濃稠化剤、例えばStockhausen社のMirox TXをドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公告第2007971号明細書、ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公告第2229308号明細書、ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公告第2407505号明細書およびドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公告第2507504号明細書の記載と同様に加工し、印刷可能なペーストに変え、回転スクリーン印刷装置を用いてCP 66のステンシルを用いて捲縮嵩高糸を有するポリエステルニット25g上に印刷した。コーティング量は、3g/m2であった。なお湿った網目状スポット上にVESTAMELT X 1027-P816を散布し、過剰量を吸い取り、乾燥炉中で130℃で乾燥させ、焼結させた。上側スポット(VESTAMELT X 1027-P816)は、5g/m2の被覆を有し、したがって全体量は、8g/m2であった。

VESTAMELT 4680-P1 20g、
VESTANATT 1890 3g、

前記芯材の5cm幅のストリップを木綿−ポリエステル混紡からなるシリコーン処理されたブラウス材料に対して127℃の接合温度、10秒間および4Nの線形圧力で定着させ、引続きこの複合体を60℃の洗濯物の下方に入れた。初期付着力:13N/5cm、
60℃の洗濯物:10N/5cm、
再固定化:0.1N/10cm。
同様の芯材上に酸調整されたポリアミドおよびポリエチレンを基礎とするペースト系をコーティングし、同様の上側スポット材料(VESTAMELT X 1027-PS 16)を散布し、乾燥させ、焼結させた。等量のベーススポットおよび上側スポットをコーティングした。
水1500g、

Schaettifix 1820 400g(ND−ポリエチレン)、
VESTAMELT 250-P1 200g。
初期付着力:9N/5cm、
60℃の洗濯物:5N/5cm、
再固定化:0.9N/10cm。
同様の芯材上に酸調整されたポリアミドおよびアクリレート分散液を基礎とするペースト系をコーティングし、同様の上側スポット材料(VESTAMELT X 1027-P816)を散布し、乾燥させ、焼結させた。等量のベーススポットおよび上側スポットをコーティングした。
水500g、

初期付着力:6N/5cm、
60℃の洗濯物:3N/5cm、
再固定化:1.9N/10cm。
コーティング後に下側スポットが強力に分子量の点で形成されているので、この下側スポットは、もはやニット中に降下しない。引続く定着の際に、上側スポットの低粘稠なポリアミドは、定着すべき上側物質の流れを強制的に進行させる。それというのも、この低粘稠なポリアミドは、下向きに流れ去ることができず、それによって既に最少の溶融接着剤量で極めて高い付着力が達成されるからである。特に洗濯物の場合にこれまで系の弱点であった、上側スポットとベーススポットとの間の分離層は、これまでの公知の系の場合ほどには、強く加水分解により攻撃されえず、したがって本質的によりいっそう高い安定性を示す。
VESTAMELT 4680-P1は、120℃の融点を有する、テレフタル酸とイソフタル酸とブタンジオールとポリグリコールとを基礎とするDegussa AG社のコポリエステルである。VESTAMELT X1027-P816は、アミン末端基100〜400m Val/kg、有利に250〜350m Val/kg、融点120℃を有するDegussa AG社の第三級コポリアミドである。
Claims (16)
- ダブルスポット法による平面形成体をコーティングするためおよび/または貼り合わせるための溶融接着剤材料において、
上側スポットがアミン末端基を有する架橋性のコポリアミドを基礎に存在し、下側スポットがOH末端基を有するポリエステルからなり、付加的に架橋剤ならびにアクリル分散液および/またはPUR分散液を含有することを特徴とする、溶融接着剤材料。 - 上側スポットがアミン調整されたコポリアミドである、請求項1記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 上側スポットが90〜150℃の溶融範囲および1.2〜1.7の範囲内の溶解粘度ηrelを有するアミン調整されたコポリアミド粉末である、請求項1または2記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 下側スポットがOH末端基を有するコポリエステルである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 下側スポットがアクリレート分散液および/またはポリウレタン分散液を含有する、請求項1記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 架橋成分がイソシアネートの群に由来し、1分子当たり2個を上廻る反応性基を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- イソシアネートが100〜130℃の溶融範囲を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 架橋成分として90〜130℃の溶融範囲、2000〜6000の分子量範囲および1分子当たり2個を上廻るエポキシ基を有するエポキシドを使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 架橋成分が粉末状の遊離イソシアネートまたはブロック化イソシアネートである、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 架橋成分がエピクロロヒドリンである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- ダブルスポット技術のためのベーススポットとしての反応性のOH末端基を有するコポリエステルが跳ね返り遮断部として使用されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- ベーススポットが不動態化されたイソシアネートおよびOH末端基を有するコポリエステルからなり、ペーストとして網目状にコーティングされている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 架橋反応が触媒によって促進されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- コポリエステルがテレフタル酸および/またはイソフタル酸および/またはアジピン酸および/またはドデカン二酸ならびにブタンジオールおよび/またはヘキサンジオールおよび/またはポリグリコールおよび/またはPTHFを基礎に存在している、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料。
- 平面形成体をコーティングするためおよび/または貼り合わせるための請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料の使用。
- 衣服のための芯材において、この芯材に請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の溶融接着剤材料が備えられていることを特徴とする、衣服のための芯材。
