Claims (7)
- カウンターシャフト変速機として形成される自動変速機のギヤブレーキを制御及び調整するための方法であって、
当該自動変速機は、ギヤ入力軸と、当該ギヤ入力軸によって駆動される少なくとも一つのカウンターシャフトと、ギヤ出力軸と、を備えており、
前記ギヤ入力軸上、前記カウンターシャフト上、および/または、前記ギヤ出力軸上に、可動(遊離)歯車が回転可能に支持され、及び/または、固定歯車が回転しないように配置されており、これらの歯車は少なくとも対になって相互に噛合った状態にあり、
その際、当該可動歯車は、結合装置を使ってギヤの切り換えを行うために、それらのギヤシャフトと滑らずに結合可能であり、
また、前記自動変速機は、ギヤブレーキをも備えており、当該ギヤプレーキで前記カウンターシャフトは制御装置によって、シフトアップ操作の際、カウンターシャフトの回転数が噛合い時点で同期回転数に相当するか、あるいは、所定の間隔まで近づく、というように制御可能であり、
その際、前記ギヤブレーキの停止時点を決定するために、前記カウンターシャフト入力回転数乃至ギヤ入力回転数のブレーキ傾斜度並びにギヤ出力軸回転数の傾斜度が考慮され、
前記ギヤブレーキは、リードタイムを考慮して、算出された停止時点より前に停止される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 自動変速機内に取り付けられたギヤブレーキのリードタイムは、少なくとも一回、個々に及び/または所定の間隔に適応して、あるいは、各シフトアップ操作毎に繰り返されるリードタイムの適応計算によって、決定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記リードタイムは、通過するシフトアップ操作の品質に応じて、特にはシフト操作に関して回転するギヤ構成部品の同期動作を考慮して、評価される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法 - 通過するシフトアップ操作の品質に対する評価基準が、ブレーキ介入に基づいたギヤ入力回転数(1)による所定の目標回転数枠(3)の到達であり、その場合、当該目標回転数枠(3)の上方の回転数は、シフトアップ後に存在する目標ギヤ入力回転数(2)の下側にある
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 噛合い操作が目標回転数枠(3)内のギヤ入力回転数(5)で行われるとき、次の(未来の)シフトアップ操作のリードタイムの値は一定であり続け、
噛合い操作が目標回転数枠(3)の外側のギヤ入力回転数(6;7)で行われるとき、リードタイムは新たに算出される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 噛合い操作が回転数に関して目標回転数枠(3)の下側で行われるとき、次のシフトアップ操作のリードタイムは、所定の時間だけ延長され、
噛合い操作が回転数に関して目標回転数枠(3)の上側で行われるとき、リードタイムは所定の時間だけ短縮される
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 新たなリードタイムを計算するために、
シフトアップ操作が行われている間のギヤ入力回転数(1)の最大回転数傾斜度(10)が決定され、噛合い操作中のギヤ入力回転数(8)と目標回転数枠(3)の中間回転数(9)との間の回転数差(11)が測定され、当該回転数差(11)を前記最大回転数傾斜度(10)で割ることによって次のシフトアップ操作のための変更値が算出され、当該変更値を最新のシフトアップ操作のリードタイムに適用することによって次のシフトアップ操作の新たなリードタイムが算出される
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
