Claims (18)
- 特に化学的及び/又は生物学的試料のための環境室において、環境区画(26)を画定するハウジング(24)と、少なくとも一部が試料の分析のための環境区画内に配置されている分析装置(28)と、調整媒体流(42)を供給するためにハウジング(24)内に設けられた入側開口(38)とを備え、
環境区画(26)内で媒体流(42)が少なくとも部分的には分析装置(28)及び/又は試料担体(36)に向かって流れることを特徴とする環境室。 - 媒体流(42)を配向させるための配向装置を特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境室。
- 媒体流(42)が試料担体の下側(44)に向かって流れるように媒体流(42)は配向されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の環境室。
- 試料担体(36)が水平に配置された場合、入側開口(38)は 試料担体(36)の下方で横方向に変位して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の環境室。
- 試料担体(36)に対して30度乃至60度の接近流角度を特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の環境室。
- 媒体流(42)は、分析装置(28)及び/又は試料担体(36)に対して媒体流(42)の少なくとも50%乃至70%が流れるように配向されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の環境室。
- 分析装置(28)の結露に敏感な部品(30、32、34)が媒体流(42)中に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の環境室。
- 試料担体(36)の近傍、特に試料担体(36)の下側(44)近傍に配置されている温度センサ(46)を特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の環境室。
- ハウジング(24)に設けられており、該出側開口(48)は、好ましくは入側開口(38)に略対向して配置されている出側開口(48)を特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1つに記載の環境室。
- ハウジングは最適な流れを促すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか1つに記載の環境室。
- ハウジングの隣接する壁(12、14、16、18、20、22)は、互いに少なくとも90度、好ましくは少なくとも120度の角度で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の環境室。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか1つに記載の環境室を備える環境制御手段において、入側開口(38)は環境制御装置と結合されており、調整される気体媒体はチャネル(110)を通して流され、蒸気室(120)はチャネルに結合する入側開口(134)及び出側開口(138)を有し、蒸気発生手段(126)は蒸気室(120)に結合し、制御手段(140)は、蒸気室(120)からチャネル(110)に供給される蒸気の量を制御するために入側開口(134)及び/又は出側開口(138)に設けられていることを特徴とする環境制御手段。
- 制御手段(140)は入側開口(134)及び/又は出側開口(138)の開放断面を制御するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の環境制御手段。
- 調整される媒体の一部が蒸気室(120)を流れるように入側開口(134)はチャネル(110)と結合していることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の環境制御手段。
- 蒸気発生手段(126)は、気化するように媒体を加熱するための加熱手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項12乃至14の何れか1つに記載の環境制御手段。
- チャネル(110)内に媒体流を生じさせるための流通手段(114)を特徴とする請求項12乃至15の何れか1つに記載の環境制御手段。
- チャネル(110)に結合しているフィルタ手段(116)を特徴とする請求項12乃至16の何れか1つに記載の環境制御手段。
- チャネル(110)に結合している調整手段(118)を特徴とする請求項12乃至17の何れか1つに記載の環境制御手段。
