Claims (16)
- ガス状反応物から液状生成物を生成し、そして、任意でガス状生成物を生成するための方法であって、
ガス状反応物および任意で再循環ガス流の一部分を、容器内の懸濁液中に懸濁した固体粒子の鉛直に延びるスラリー床の中に低いレベルで供給する工程と、
前記再循環ガス流の少なくとも一部分を、前記スラリー床中において、前記ガス状反応物が前記スラリー床内に供給されるレベルの上方で、且つ、前記スラリー床の鉛直高さの下側20%の位置よりも上方に、追加のガス供給として供給する工程と、
前記ガス状反応物および再循環ガスが、前記スラリー床を上向きに通過するときに反応することを可能にする工程であって、それによって液状生成物および任意でガス状生成物を形成し、前記液状生成物が前記懸濁液と共に前記スラリー床の液相を形成するところの工程と、
ガス状生成物、未反応のガス状反応物および未反応の再循環ガスが、前記スラリー床から離脱して、前記スラリー床の上方のヘッドスペースに入ることを可能にする工程と、

- ガス状反応物から液状生成物を生成し、そして、任意でガス状生成物を生成する装置であって、
鉛直に延びるスラリー床ゾーンを有する反応容器であって、使用の際に懸濁液中に懸濁した固体粒子のスラリー床を収容する反応容器と、
ガス状反応物を前記容器内に導入するために、前記容器内で、前記スラリー床ゾーン内の低いレベルに設けられた第1のガス入口と、
前記容器内に再循環ガスを導入するために、前記容器内で、前記第1のガス入口の上方の、前記スラリー床ゾーン内の所定のレベルに設けられた第2のガス入口であって、前記容器内の前記第2のガス入口が前記スラリー床ゾーンの鉛直高さの下側20%の位置よりも上方に位置するところの第2のガス入口と、
前記スラリー床ゾーンの上方のヘッドスペースからガスを抜き取るために、前記容器内で、前記スラリー床ゾーンの上方に設けられたガス出口と、
前記容器から液状生成物を抜き取るために、前記容器内で、前記スラリー床ゾーン中に設けられた液体出口と
を備える装置。 - スラリー再分配手段またはスラリー再分配器を備え、それを介して、使用に際してスラリーが前記スラリー床内の高いレベルから低いレベルに再分配されて、固体粒子を前記スラリー床内で再分配する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のガス入口が、前記スラリー床ゾーンの鉛直高さの20%と80%との間に位置するレベルにある、請求項12または13に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のガス入口が、前記スラリー床ゾーンの鉛直高さの下側30%よりも上方のレベルにある、請求項12から14のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記スラリー再分配手段またはスラリー再分配器が下降管を備え、前記下降管が少なくとも第1の下降管領域および第2の下降管領域に配置され、前記第2の下降管領域が前記第1の下降管領域に対して鉛直方向に空間を開けて配置される、請求項13に記載の装置。
