Claims (8)
- 気体の反応物質から、液体の生成物と、任意に気体の生成物とを生成するプロセスであって、
少なくともCOおよびH2を含む気体反応物質材料を、懸濁液体中に懸濁する固体で非シフト型の炭化水素合成用触媒粒子からなる膨張するスラリー床内に、低い高さから給送するステップであって、前記スラリー床は、容器に収容され、膨張するスラリー床は、アスペクト比が5未満である給送ステップと、
任意に、再循環ガス流を前記スラリー床内へ給送するステップと、
液体の生成物と、任意に気体の生成物とが形成されるように、前記気体反応物質と種々の再循環ガスとを、少なくとも35cm/秒のガス速度で前記スラリー床の中を上方に通過させて、CO+H2の1回通過あたりの転化率を少なくとも60%で反応させ得るステップであって、前記気体反応物質および種々の再循環ガスと、前記種々の気体生成物とによって、前記固体の触媒粒子を懸濁状態で前記懸濁液体中に維持し、また、前記液体生成物は、前記懸濁液体とともに前記スラリー床の液相を形成する反応ステップと、
種々の気体生成物および反応しなかった気体反応物質と、反応しなかった種々の再循環ガスとを、前記スラリー床から、気体成分として、前記スラリー床上方のヘッドスペース内へ遊離させ得るステップと、
前記気体成分を前記ヘッドスペースから引き出すステップと、
前記スラリー床を所望の高さに維持するために液相を前記スラリー床から引き出すステップと、
前記再循環ガス流を提供するように、任意に、前記ヘッドスペースから前記気体成分のいくらかを再循環させるステップと、
を含むプロセス。 - 前記膨張するスラリー床は、高さが約40m未満、直径が少なくとも約6mである請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒粒子は、少なくとも14体積%の平均濃度で前記スラリー床中に存在する請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 一段プロセスである請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記再循環ガス流は、少なくとも0.4の、再循環ガス流/気体反応物質材料の体積比で、存在し、前記スラリー床内に給送される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- フィッシャートロプシュ炭化水素合成プロセスである請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記再循環ガス流が存在し、少なくとも前記再循環ガス流の一部分を、追加のガス材料として、前記気体反応物質材料が前記スラリー床内へ給送される高さよりも上において、前記スラリー床内へ給送するステップを含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記再循環比は、CO+H2の全ての転化率が約80%よりも高い転化率で前記スラリー床が作動するのに十分大きい請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
