Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.微粒子触媒とスラリー液体と気泡とから構成される3相スラリー中に分散さ れた該触媒を再生する手段を含む反応器であって、該反応器は、下記手段(イ)〜 (ハ)を含むことを特徴とするスラリー反応器。 (イ)該スラリーを通過させるための入口と出口を有する中空流体導管 (ロ)該導管の内部にガスを注入する手段 (ハ)該スラリーが該導管に入る前に、スラリーから該気泡の少なくとも一部を 除去するために、該導管入口近傍に配置され、かつ該導管の内部と流体が連通す るガス分離手段 2.該ガス分離手段は、該導管の底部を囲み、該ガスを分離するスラリーが流通 するための環状流通路を形成することを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載のスラリー 反応器。 3.該再生手段は、また該導管から排出される該スラリーからガスを除いて分離 するためのガス分離手段を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載のスラリー反 応器。 4.炭化水素スラリー液体中に微粒子の可逆的に不活性化された炭化水素合成触 媒と気泡とを含むスラリー中の該触媒を再生する方法において、該方法は、下記 工程(i)〜(iii)を含むことを特徴とする触媒の再生方法。 (i)該スラリーの一部をスラリー本体から引き出し、それをガス分離域に通し て該スラリーから該気泡を分離して除き、ガスを低減したスラリーを形成する工 程 (ii)該ガスを低減したスラリーを再生域に通し、そこで水素を含む触媒再生ガ スと接触させて、該触媒を再生し再生された触媒ス ラリーを形成する工程 (iii)該再生されたスラリーを、該スラリー本体に戻す工程 5.該触媒は、第8族金属を担持して含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲4記載の 触媒の再生方法。 6.該金属は、コバルトを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲3記載の触媒の再生 方法。 7.該触媒は、チタニアを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲6に記載の触媒の再 生方法。 8.該再生域は、該スラリー中に少なくとも部分的に浸漬していることを特徴と する請求の範囲4記載の触媒の再生方法。 9.該再生はオフガスを生成し、該再生されたスラリーはガス分離域を通り、そ れが該スラリー本体に戻される前に該スラリーから該オフガスを分離することを 特徴とする請求項8に記載の触媒の再生方法。 10.該炭化水素合成生成物の少なくとも一部は、一つ以上の転化方法により少 なくとも一つ以上の有用生成物に品質向上されることを特徴とする請求の範囲4 記載の触媒の再生方法。
