Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭化水素を形成するためのスラリー炭化水素合成方法であって、該方法は、 下記工程(a)〜(e)を含むことを特徴とするスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 (a)H2とCOの混合物を含む合成ガスを、炭化水素合成反応器内のスラリー 本体中の固体微粒子炭化水素合成触媒の存在下で、反応条件下で少なくとも一部 が液体である炭化水素を形成するのに効果的な条件下で反応する工程であって、 該スラリーは炭化水素スラリー液体中に該触媒と気泡とを含み、スラリー炭化水 素液体は該液体炭化水素を含む工程 (b)該スラリー本体からの該スラリーの一部をガス・固体分離域に通してガス および固体の減じたスラリーを形成する工程 (c)該ガスおよび固体の減じたスラリーを該反応器外部の静止濾過域へ通す工 程 (d)該ガスおよび固体の減じたスラリーを、該静止濾過域中の濾過手段と接触 させて、該炭化水素液体を該スラリーから濾液として分離して、炭化水素の減少 したスラリーを形成する工程 (e)該炭化水素の減少したスラリーを、該反応器内の該スラリー本体に戻す工 程 2.該スラリー本体からのスラリーは、該フィルタに接触する前に2個以上のガ ス・固体分離域を通過することを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載のスラリー炭化水 素合成方法。 3.少なくとも1つのガス・固体分離域は、該外部濾過域に存在することを特徴 とする請求の範囲2記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 4.ガス・固体分離域は、該反応器内の該スラリー本体中に存在することを特徴 とする請求の範囲3記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 5.該濾過域および反応器は、それぞれその上部に蒸気スペースを有しており、 該両蒸気スペースは同一の圧力であることを特徴とする請求の範囲4記載のスラ リー炭化水素合成方法。 6.該濾過域は、該反応器から分離されていてもよいことを特徴とする請求の範 囲5記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 7.2つのガス・固体分離域は、該濾過域に存在することを特徴とする請求の範 囲6記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 8.該濾過手段は、該濾過容器に取り外し可能に固定され、かつ垂直上方に取り 外し可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲7記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法 。 9.水素に富むガスは、該濾過域の該スラリーへ注入されることを特徴とする請 求の範囲8記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 10.該濾液の少なくとも一部は、分留および/または1回以上の転化操作によ って、少なくとも1種類以上の有用な生成物へ品質向上さ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
