Claims (6)
- 液体に高電圧を印加して静電霧化する静電霧化装置において、静電霧化のために供給する液体に除菌力のある金属イオンを溶出させる金属イオン溶出手段を設けて成ることを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 液体を溜める液体溜め部と液体を搬送する液体搬送部を備え、該液体搬送部の先端部に供給された液体に高電圧を印加する静電霧化装置であって、金属イオン溶出手段が、液体溜め部に配置した2種類の金属に電位差を生じさて金属イオンを溶出させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- 上記液体に金属イオンを溶出させるための金属がAg又はZn又はCuであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- 金属イオン溶出手段が、2種類の金属に外部より電圧を印加して電位差を生じさせるものであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- 2種類の金属間に印加する電圧を可変することで金属イオンの溶出量を制御することを特徴とする請求項4記載の静電霧化装置。
- 液体の導電率を測定し、導電率の測定結果に基づいて2種類の金属間に印加する電圧を可変することで金属イオンの溶出量を制御することを特徴とする請求項4記載の静電霧化装置。
