Claims (29)
- 少なくとも1のモノフィラメントヤーン層;
前記少なくとも1のモノフィラメントヤーン層に近接する高弾性率フィルム層;
前記物フィラメントヤーン層と前記高弾性率フィルム層との間に配置された接着剤;及び
前記高弾性率バリヤーフィルム層に近接するメタル化コーティング
を包含する積層材料であって、前記接着剤及び前記高弾性率フィルム層の1以上が補強用繊維又は補強用フィラーを含有することを特徴とする、積層材料。 - さらに、メタル化コーティング層に近接する実質的に透明なフィルムカバー層を包含する、請求項1記載の積層材料。
- フィルムカバー層が、フッ化ポリビニルデンを含有するものである、請求項2記載の積層材料。
- モノフィラメントヤーン層が、ストレートプレイヤーン層である、請求項1記載の積層材料。
- さらに、第1プレイヤーン層;及び前記第1プレイヤーン層に対して約30−約60°の角度で配向する第2プレイヤーン層を包含する、請求項1の積層材料。
- さらに、ヤーン層の間に配置された第1の接着剤を包含する、請求項5記載の積層材料。
- さらに、第2プレイヤーン層と高弾性率フィルム層との間に配置された第2の接着剤を包含する、請求項6記載の積層材料。
- 接着剤が、熱可塑性接着剤及び熱硬化性接着剤からなる群から選ばれるものである、請求項1記載の積層材料。
- 接着剤が、さらに、補強用繊維又は無機フィラーを含有する、請求項1記載の積層材料。
- 補強用繊維又は無機フィラーが、カーボンブラック、フュームドシリカ、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノファイバー、及びナノクレーからなる群から選ばれるものである、請求項1記載の積層材料。
- 積層材料であって、
ストレートプレイモノフィラメントヤーン層;
前記ストレートプレイ層に固着された高弾性率フィルム層であって、補強用繊維又は無機フィラーを含有するものであるフィルム層;
高弾性率フィルム層に固着された金属コーティング層;及び
金属コーティング層に固着された透明なフィルムカバー層
を包含することを特徴とする、積層材料。 - ストレートプレイ層が、縦糸及び横糸を有する織布構造体又は不織布構造体を含有するものである、請求項11記載の積層材料。
- ストレートプレイモノフィラメントヤーン層が、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、アラミド、液晶ポリマー繊維、カーボン、ポリベンゾキサゾール、超分子量ポリエチレン又はその混合物を含有する、請求項11記載の積層材料。
- 高弾性率フィルムが、ポリイミドを含有するものである、請求項11記載の積層材料。
- 補強用繊維又は無機フィラーが、カーボンブラック、ヒュームドシリカ、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノファイバー、及びナノクレーからなる群から選ばれるものである、請求項11記載の積層材料
- 金属コーティング層が、銀、アルミニウム、金及び銅の1以上を含有するものである、請求項11記載の積層材料。
- さらに、金属コーティング層に接着された反射率増大層を含み、前記反射率増大層が、多層のポリマーフィルム又は二酸化チタン、二酸化ケイ素、又は二酸化ハフニウムから選ばれる誘電性フィルムを含有するものであり、前記反射率増大層に、透明なフィルムカバー層が固着されている、請求項11記載の積層材料。
- 透明なフィルムカバー層が、フッ化ポリビニリデンを含有するものである、請求項11記載の積層材料。
- 少なくとも1のモノフィラメントヤーン層;
前記ヤーン層に、接着剤層にて固着された高弾性率フィルム層であって、前記接着剤層が補強用繊維又は無機フィラーを含有するものである高弾性率フィルム層;
前記高弾性率フィルム層に固着された金属コーティング層;及び
前記金属コーティング層に固着された透明なフィルムカバー層
を包含することを特徴とする、積層材料。 - モノフィラメントヤーン層が、ストレートプレイモノフィラメントヤーン層及び前記ストレートプレイ層に、接着剤層にて固着されたバイアスプレイモノフィラメントヤーン層を包含するものであり、前記接着剤層が補強用繊維又は無機フィラーを含有するものである、請求項19記載の積層材料。
- ハルを包含してなる空気より軽量のビークルであって、前記ハルが、
ストレートプレイモノフィラメントヤーン層;
前記ストレートヤーン層に固着された高弾性率フィルム層;及び
前記高弾性率フィルム層に固着された金属コーティング層
を包含する、少なくとも1ピースの積層材料を含むものであることを特徴とする、空気より軽量のビークル。 - フィルム層が、補強用繊維又は無機フィラーを含有するものである、請求項21記載のビークル。
- 積層材料が、さらに、前記ストレートプレイ層と前記高弾性率フィルム層との間に配置されたポリウレタン接着剤を包含するものである、請求項21記載のビークル。
- 接着剤が補強用繊維又は無機フィラーを含有するものである、請求項23記載のビークル。
- 金属コーティング層が、銀、アルミニウム、金及び銅の少なくとも1つを含有するものである、請求項21記載のビークル。
- ストレートプレイ層が、縦糸及び横糸を有する、織られた、不織の、編まれた又はステッチ結合された構造体である、請求項21記載のビークル。
- 高弾性率層が、ポリイミドを含有するものである、請求項21記載のビークル。
- さらに、金属コーティング層に接着された反射率増大層を包含するものである、請求項21記載のビークル。
- さらに、反射率増大層に接着された透明なカバーフィルム層を包含するものである、請求項21記載のビークル。
