Abstract
【解決手段】内輪1と外輪2との間における潤滑油が流入する側の開口7付近に、潤滑油の温度変化に基づいて自律的に形態を変形することによって開口7の大きさを変動させる形態変形部材5を設置する。

Claims (4)
- 外輪と、
内輪と、
上記外輪と上記内輪との間に配置された転動体と、
上記内輪と上記外輪との間における潤滑液体が流入する側の開口付近に設けられると共に、上記潤滑液体の温度変化に基づいて自律的に形態を変形することによって上記開口の大きさを変動させる形態変形部材と
を備えることを特徴とする液体潤滑式軸受装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体潤滑式軸受装置において、
上記潤滑液体の温度が常温以下の温度領域において、上記形態変形部材は、上記潤滑液体の温度が上昇するにしたがって上記開口の大きさを減少させるように自律的に形態を変形することを特徴とする液体潤滑式軸受装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の液体潤滑式軸受装置において、
上記潤滑液体の温度が常温よりも所定温度以上高い温度領域において、上記形態変形部材は、上記潤滑液体の温度が上昇するにしたがって、上記開口の大きさを増大させるように自律的に形態を変形することを特徴とする液体潤滑式軸受装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の液体潤滑式軸受装置において、
上記形態変形部材は、
貫通穴と、この貫通穴から径方向に延在すると共に、上記貫通穴の周方向に所定の間隔毎に設けられた複数のスリットとを有する略円板状の部材であることを特徴とする液体潤滑式軸受装置。
