Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sliding door runner apparatus including an upper suspension type sliding door that is guided by an upper rail to open and close.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a sliding door device in which an upper suspension type sliding door runner device is supported by an upper rail so as to be opened and closed, and this runner device has a roller having a roller that is supported by the upper rail so as to run freely. It has a main body, a runner connecting member attached to the upper part of the sliding door, a runner vertical axis that connects the runner connecting member and the runner main body, and the sliding door can be opened and closed by rolling along the upper rail. It has been made.

By the way, the roller is only allowed to roll on the upper rail. Therefore, the sliding door is likely to rattle in the vertical direction due to external impact during the sliding door opening and closing operation. At this time, the roller is attached to the sliding door. The runner connecting member which hits the upper rail collides with or rubs against the upper rail, and the visible portion of the upper rail may be scratched, which may impair the appearance and cause noise.

Therefore, the present applicant has already filed an application for a sliding door device in which an interference member (hereinafter referred to as “lifting prevention spacer”) is inserted between the runner connecting member and the upper rail (see, for example, Patent Document 1). According to this, since the sliding door can rattle up and down during the opening / closing operation of the sliding door and the runner coupling member collides with or rubs against the upper rail, the lifting prevention spacer can prevent the upper rail from being scratched. There is no problem, and it is possible to eliminate causes such as design problems and noise.

However, as shown in FIG. 11, the lifting prevention spacer 120 disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a cylindrical washer attached to the runner longitudinal axis 32, and the runner longitudinal axis attached to the runner body 24 during assembly. 32, and the lower end of the runner longitudinal axis 32 is caulked to the runner connecting member 40. If the forgotten insertion of the lift prevention spacer 120 occurs temporarily, the runner longitudinal axis 32 has to be removed from the runner connecting member 40 and the lifting prevention spacer 120 needs to be reinserted, resulting in poor work efficiency. Further, when the lifting prevention spacer 120 is worn, it is necessary to remove the roller 34 from the upper rail, further remove the runner longitudinal axis 32 from the runner connecting member 40, and then remove and replace the lifting prevention spacer 120 from the runner longitudinal axis 32. For this reason, a troublesome and large-scale work is required for the replacement of the lifting prevention spacer 120, and much labor and labor are required for maintenance. In addition, 130 in a figure is a holder with a height adjustment function attached to a sliding door.
JP 2005-330794 A

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and can be retrofitted to the runner connecting member by allowing the lifting prevention spacer to be retrofitted, and the assembly work efficiency can be greatly improved. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding door runner device which can be easily attached and can be easily replaced without troublesome replacement work when the lifting prevention spacer is worn.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a runner body 24 having a roller 34 that is supported on the upper rail 5 so as to run freely, a runner connecting member 40 attached to the upper part of the sliding door, the runner connecting member 40 and the runner. In the sliding door runner device provided with the runner longitudinal axis 32 that connects the main body 24, the lifting prevention spacer 120 for preventing the sliding door from lifting is disposed between the upper rail 5 and the runner connecting member 40, and the lifting is performed. The spacer mounting means 111 for detachably mounting the prevention spacer 120 to the runner connecting member 40 is provided.

With such a configuration, the lifting prevention spacer 120 can be detachably attached to the runner connecting member 40 attached to the sliding door instead of the conventional runner longitudinal axis 32. Even if the insertion of the lifting prevention spacer 120 is forgotten in the assembly stage, the lifting prevention spacer 120 can be retrofitted to the runner connecting member 40. Further, since the movement of the lifting prevention spacer 120 is stopped by the spacer mounting means 111, the lifting prevention spacer 120 does not interfere with the upper rail 5 in the process of inserting the roller 34 into the upper rail 5 at the factory or at the site. The operation of attaching the roller 34 to the rail 5 can be performed smoothly. Further, when the lifting prevention spacer 120 is worn, the lifting prevention spacer 120 can be removed and replaced between the upper rail 5 and the runner connecting member 40, so that the roller 34 is removed from the upper rail 5 as in the prior art, and the runner vertical axis The troublesome and large-scale work of disassembling 32 and the runner connecting member 40 can be omitted.

In addition, the spacer attaching means 111 protrudes from the lower surface side of the upper portion of the recess 112 formed in the runner connecting member 40 at a position avoiding the runner longitudinal axis 32 and from the lower surface side of the lifting prevention spacer 120. It is preferable that the convex portion 113 is press-fitted. With such a configuration, the lifting prevention spacer 120 is pressed against the upper surface side of the runner coupling member 40 so that the convex portion 113 is a concave portion of the runner coupling member 40. By press-fitting into 112, the lifting prevention spacer 120 can be attached to the runner connecting member 40 at a position where it does not interfere with the runner longitudinal axis 32, and the lifting prevention spacer 120 can be removed with one touch. .

In the sliding door runner device according to the present invention, the lifting prevention spacer for preventing the sliding door from being lifted is disposed between the upper rail and the runner coupling member, and the lifting prevention spacer is detachably attached to the runner coupling member. By providing the spacer mounting means, the lifting prevention spacer can be retrofitted to the runner connecting member, so that the upper rail can be prevented from being damaged due to lifting, and the assembly work efficiency can be greatly improved. When the roller is inserted into the upper rail, the spacer mounting means stops the movement of the lifting prevention spacer, so that the roller can be attached to the upper rail smoothly, and even when the lifting prevention spacer is worn Easily replace the lifting prevention spacer It is those that can be carried out.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

In the sliding door device of this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a set of three sliding doors 1 to 3 that are continuously adjacent in a closed state is arranged on the right side of the central sliding door 3 and the central sliding door 3. The one sliding door 2 and the other sliding door 1 arranged on the left side of the central sliding door 3, and the set of the three sliding doors 1 to 3 are arranged so as to be flush with each other in a closed state. The upper runners 21 to 23 are provided. Here, the door frame 4 of the three sliding doors 1 to 3 includes a left and right vertical frame 4 a, an upper rail 5, and a lower rail 6.

The upper rail 5 includes an upper rail body 50 that is fixed to the housing and an upper rail cover 51. The upper rail cover 51 includes a straight part rail cover 51A, a curved part rail cover 51B, the branch member 18, and the like. Then, with the upper rail cover 51 attached to the upper rail body 50, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the gap between the upper rail body 50 and the upper rail cover 51 is aligned in the front-rear directions A and B. A groove-shaped common rail portion 7 and a groove-shaped central sliding door rail portion 8 are arranged side by side. The common rail portion 7 guides the left and right upper runners 21 and 22 provided at two positions on both ends of the upper ends of the left and right sliding doors 1 and 2 respectively. Is for guiding the left and right upper runners 23 provided at the upper end of the central sliding door 3 so as to run freely. In FIG. 9, 200 is a frame connecting member, X is an indoor side, and Y is a ceiling side.

The common rail portion 7 is formed in a substantially L shape from the both ends of the longitudinal direction M of the front rectilinear rail portion 9 toward the rear B from the front rectilinear rail portion 9 extending in parallel with the longitudinal direction M of the upper rail 5. Bends from two bent left and right outer curved rail portions 11 and two positions closer to the inside than both ends in the longitudinal direction M of the front straight rail portion 9, and bends in a substantially L shape toward the rear B The left and right inner curved rail portions 12 are provided.

The central sliding door rail portion 8 is located on the inner side of the rear straight rail portion 10 parallel to the front straight rail portion 9 and the left and right inner curved rail portions 12 in the rear straight rail portion 10. And two left and right curved rail portions 13 that are curved in a semicircular shape toward the front A from two locations close to the front. In the present example, the outer curved rail portion 11, the inner curved rail portion 12, and the curved rail portion 13 are respectively formed on the curved portion rail cover 51B. The bent portion rail cover 51B is screwed and fixed to the upper rail body 50 via the branch member 18, and the rectilinear portion rail cover 51A is fixed to the upper rail body 50 with screws.

Here, the rear end portions of the left and right outer curved rail portions 11 provided on the front straight rail portion 9, the rear end portions of the left and right inner curved rail portions 12, and the rear straight rail portion 10 are provided. Are located on a virtual straight line parallel to the front rectilinear rail portion 9 and the rear rectilinear rail portion 10. The distance between the rear end portion of the left outer curved rail portion 11 and the rear end portion of the left inner curved rail portion 12 is equal to the distance between the left and right upper runners 22 of the other sliding door 1, The distance between the rear end portion of the right outer curved rail portion 11 and the rear end portion of the right inner curved rail portion 12 is equal to the distance between the left and right upper runners 21 of the sliding door 2, and The distance between the front end portions of the curved rail portion 13 is set equal to the distance between the left and right upper runners 23 of the central sliding door 3.

Here, in the closed state shown in FIG. 5A, each upper runner 21 of the other sliding door 1 enters the respective rear end portions of the outer curved rail portion 11 and the inner curved rail portion 12 located on the left side, and the center. Each of the upper runners 23 of the sliding door 3 enters the respective front end portions of the two left and right curved rail portions 13, and each of the upper runners 22 of the one sliding door 2 is located on the right side, and the outer curved rail portion 11 and the inner curved rail portion. The sliding doors 1 to 3 are juxtaposed so as to be in the same plane parallel to the longitudinal direction M of the upper rail 5 by entering the rear end portions of 12 respectively.

On the other hand, in the right-open state shown in FIG. 5D, each upper runner 21 of the other sliding door 1 enters the respective rear end portions of the outer curved rail portion 11 and the inner curved rail portion 12 positioned on the left side, Each upper runner 23 of the sliding door 3 moves to the left side of the rear-side straight advance rail portion 10 and each upper runner 22 of the one-side sliding door 2 moves to the left side of the front-side straight advance rail portion 9, respectively. 2, the other sliding door 1 and the central sliding door 3 overlap each other.

Moreover, in the left open state of FIG. 7, each upper runner 22 of the one sliding door 2 enters into each rear end part of the outer curved rail part 11 and the inner curved rail part 12 located on the right side, and each of the central sliding door 3 The upper runner 23 moves to the right side of the rear linear rail portion 10 and the upper runner 21 of the other sliding door 1 moves to the right side of the front linear rail portion 9 respectively. The sliding door 2 and the central sliding door 3 are juxtaposed with each other, and the right-open state and the left-open state can be selected. That is, the guiding mechanism 19 is flush with the other sliding door 1 by moving the central sliding door 3 to a position that does not overlap the other sliding door 1 in a state where the one sliding door 2, the central sliding door 3, and the other sliding door 1 overlap each other. The sliding door 2 is also moved to a position where it does not overlap with the other sliding door 1 and the central sliding door 3 so as to be flush with the central sliding door 3.

Next, the interlocking mechanism 15 will be described.

FIG. 5 shows an example of the interlocking mechanism 15 and shows a specific example of the right opening. Here, a pair of gap concealing L-shaped members 16 that are opposed to each other are attached to the abutting portions of the sliding doors 1 to 3. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 (g) and 5 (h), a contact portion 15a protruding from the upper end surface on the handle side of the operation side sliding door toward the moving path of the central sliding door 3, and a hook provided at the tip of the contact portion 15a. And a receiving member 15c that protrudes from the upper end surface of the central sliding door 3 and can come into contact with the contact portion 15a and can be engaged with and disengaged from the hook portion 15b. For example, in the case of opening to the right, the receiving member 15c does not interfere with the contact portion 15a and the hook portion 15b when the one sliding door 2 and the central sliding door 3 are shifted to the left and right as shown in FIG. When the sliding door 2 and the central sliding door 3 are substantially overlapped as shown in FIG. 5B, the receiving member 15c comes into contact with the contact portion 15a, and the interlocking of the one sliding door 2 and the central sliding door 3 starts. Thus, the receiving member 15c is engaged with the hook portion 15b from the contact portion 15a at the stage where the one sliding door 2 and the central sliding door 3 are separated from each other with the other sliding door 1 therebetween. This engagement state is maintained until the one-way sliding door 2 and the central sliding door 3 are in the open position. On the contrary, since the receiving member 15c enters the hook portion 15b when closing, the central sliding door 3 is interlocked until the one-way sliding door 2 is partially closed, and the receiving member 15c is hooked at the closed position of the central sliding door 3. By moving away from 15b and further away from the contact portion 15a, the one-way sliding door 2 can be moved alone to the closed position. Accordingly, the interlocking mechanism 15 can open and close the central sliding door 3 in an interlocked manner, and it becomes unnecessary to open and close the central sliding door 3 by hand, and the opening and closing operation becomes extremely easy.

Next, the upper runners 21 to 23 will be described. As shown in FIG. 8, the runner main body 24 has a roller horizontal shaft 31 penetrating through a hole 33 penetrating the resin roller block 30 in the lateral direction, and a pair of rollers 34 is rotatable at both ends of the roller horizontal shaft 31. The pair of rollers 34 are attached and run along the common rail portion 7 or the central sliding door rail portion 8 so as to be rotatable. In this embodiment, the roller 34 is attached to the roller horizontal shaft 31 by caulking the tip 31 a of the roller horizontal shaft 31. At this time, a concave step 34 a is formed on the outer surface 34 b of the roller 34, so that the crimped portion of the tip 31 a of the roller horizontal shaft 31 does not protrude outward from the outer surface 34 b of the roller 34. Further, a counterbore hole 35 is formed in the vertical direction at the center position of the roller block 30, and the runner vertical axis 32 passes through the through hole 36 provided in the center of the roller horizontal axis 31 from the counterbore hole 35 to the sliding doors 1 to 3 side. The roller block 30 is rotatable about the runner longitudinal axis 32 by caulking against the runner connecting member 40 made of the attached L-shaped bracket. Accordingly, the roller 34 has a degree of freedom of rotation in a plurality of directions by the roller horizontal axis 31 and the runner vertical axis 32 that are orthogonal to each other, so that not only straight traveling but also traveling stability in the case of bending can be obtained at the same time. It is like that.

Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown to FIG.8 (b) (c), the upper runners 21-23 are the sliding doors for the runner connection member 40 for connecting the upper runners 21-23 to the upper end part of the sliding doors 1-3. It is bent and formed in a substantially L shape so that the rear B protrudes from the rear surface of 1-3. The vertical piece 40a of the runner connecting member 40 is fixed to the sliding doors 1 to 3, and the runner longitudinal axis 32 of the upper runner 21 (or 22, 23) is pivotally attached to the horizontal piece 40b. Thus, even when the prospective dimension (depth) of a door frame is made smaller than before by bending the runner connecting member 40 into a substantially L shape, as shown in FIG. On the other hand, since the sliding door 2 (operating side sliding door) can be projected and arranged indoors, in the case of a closet, the storage capacity is increased as compared with the conventional product, and even when a load collapse occurs in the storage, at least one sheet The sliding door can be opened. Moreover, the lower rail 6 becomes difficult to see from the room, and the appearance is further improved.

By the way, when the interlocking mechanism 15 is provided in the upper end part of the sliding doors 2 and 3, when the interlocking of the sliding doors 2 and 3 is started or when the sliding door is fully closed, the hook is attached with the hook part 15b as the rotation center and the grip part as the power point. Lifting is likely to occur on the end side of the sliding door that is not provided. When this lift occurs, not only the quality of the product is impaired, but also the hook portion 15b (FIG. 5 (h)) comes into contact with the upper rail 5 to be damaged, or the runner body 24 is lifted simultaneously with the lift of the sliding door. There is a problem that the branch member 18 inside the upper rail 5 is damaged. Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a lifting prevention spacer 120 made of a resin washer is disposed between the runner coupling member 40 and the upper rail 5. As a result, not only can the lifting of the sliding door be suppressed to a minimum, but also the upper rail 5 can be prevented from being damaged due to the lifting, and further the breakage of the branching member 18 can be prevented.

Therefore, in the present invention, in each of the upper runners 21 to 23, as shown in FIG. 1, a floating prevention spacer 120 is attached to the upper surface of the runner coupling member 40. The lifting prevention spacer 120 is disposed between the upper rail 5 and the runner connecting member 40. The lifting prevention spacer 120 is formed of a substantially U-shaped resin washer, and an escape recess 114 having an opening at one end for releasing the runner longitudinal axis 32 is formed at the center thereof, and the escape recess. A pair of convex portions 113 are provided so as to protrude downward from both ends thereof with 114 therebetween. On the other hand, concave portions 112 opened upward are formed on both end portions of the horizontal piece 40b of the runner connecting member 40. The concave portion 112 of this example includes a through hole 112a penetrating in the vertical direction. The through hole 112a is formed on both sides of the runner longitudinal axis 32. By pressing the protrusions 113 into the through holes 112a from above, the anti-lifting spacer 120 is attached without being easily removed from the runner coupling member 40. The escape recess 114, the convex portion 113, and the through hole 112a constitute a spacer mounting means 111 for detachably mounting the lifting prevention spacer 120 to the runner connecting member 40 at a position where it does not interfere with the runner longitudinal axis 32. ing.

In this example, the auxiliary rollers 25 a or 25 b are respectively attached to the attachment shaft 37 closer to either the front A or the rear B than the runner longitudinal axis 32 of the roller block 30. Furthermore, in this example, in each sliding door 1-3, the protrusion height and the protrusion position of the said auxiliary roller 25a and the auxiliary roller 25b are varied. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the left side auxiliary roller 25b of the one sliding door 2 and the other side sliding door 1 protrudes high from the front side position, and the right side auxiliary roller 25a protrudes low from the rear front side position. Further, the left side auxiliary roller 25a of the central sliding door 3 protrudes low from the near side position, and the right side auxiliary roller 25b protrudes high from the back side position. On the other hand, the first auxiliary rail 18a hangs short along the left outer curved rail portion 11 from a position closer to the front than the front straight rail portion 9, and the second auxiliary rail 18b is a front straight rail. It hangs down from the position on the rear side of the part 9 along the inner curved rail part 12 on the left side. Further, a pair of front and rear guide ribs 38 for guiding both side surfaces of the runner body 24 are provided along the front straight rail portion 9 and the rear straight rail portion 10, respectively, and the outer curved rail portion 11 and the inner curved rail portion are provided. 12, the runner body 24 bent by the branch member 18 is formed on a part of the guide rib 38 facing each branch point of the curved rail portion 13, and the outer curved rail portion 11, the inner curved rail portion 12, or the curved rail portion 13. The notch hole 39 (FIG. 10) for making it progress to either of these is formed. In addition, by making the heights and positions of the auxiliary rollers 25a and 25b different, the traveling directions of the sliding doors 1 to 3 go straight at the branch points of the outer curved rail portion 11, the inner curved rail portion 12, and the curved rail portion 13. The structure for determining whether or not to turn is described in detail in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-330794, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

Thus, according to the above configuration, when the lifting prevention spacer 120 is attached, the lifting prevention spacer 120 is pressed against the upper surface of the runner coupling member 40, and the pair of convex portions 113 provided on the lifting prevention spacer 120 are attached to the runner coupling member 40. The lift prevention spacer 120 can be attached to the runner connecting member 40 with a single touch by press-fitting each of the provided through holes 112a. The lift prevention spacer 120 can prevent the runner connecting member 40 from rattling up and down and colliding with the upper rail 5 and rubbing during the sliding door opening and closing operation. As a result, the visible portion of the upper rail 5 is not scratched or the runner body 24 is lifted and the branch member 18 inside the upper rail 5 is not damaged, resulting in problems such as design problems and noise. Without it, the quality of the product can be improved.

Further, since the lifting prevention spacer 120 of the present invention is attached not to the runner longitudinal axis 32 as in the prior art but to the runner connecting member 40 attached to the sliding door, the lifting prevention spacer 120 is temporarily raised in the assembly stage of the runner body 24. Even if there is a forgotten insertion, the lift prevention spacer 120 can be retrofitted to the runner connecting member 40, whereby the roller 34 is removed from the upper rail 5 as in the prior art, and the runner longitudinal axis 32 and the runner connecting member 40 are removed. The trouble of disassembling and reinserting the lifting prevention spacer 120 is saved, and the assembly work efficiency can be greatly improved.

Further, since the movement of the lifting prevention spacer 120 is stopped by the through hole 112a and the convex portion 113 constituting the spacer mounting means 111, the lifting prevention spacer 120 is inserted in the process of inserting the roller 34 into the upper rail 5 at the factory or the site. Does not interfere with the upper rail 5, the roller 34 can be smoothly attached to the upper rail 5, and the vibration is continuously applied to the sliding door after construction or when the sliding door is opened and closed. Even when the height is large, the spacer 120 is not easily lifted off from the runner connecting member 40 due to the press-fitting of the convex portion 113 and the through-hole 112a constituting the spacer mounting means 111.
Further, when the lifting prevention spacer 120 is worn, it can be removed only when an artificial external force is applied in the direction of removing the lifting prevention spacer 120. For example, the protrusion 113 can be pulled out from the through hole 112a by inserting the tip of the flathead screwdriver into the gap between the lift prevention spacer 120 and the runner connecting member 40 and turning it, so that the lift prevention spacer 120 can be removed with one touch. Can do. Therefore, since the troublesome and large-scale work of removing the roller 34 from the upper rail 5 and disassembling the runner longitudinal axis 32 and the runner connecting member 40 as in the prior art can be omitted, the replacement work becomes extremely good.

The runner device for a sliding door according to the present invention can be widely applied to various open / close doors in addition to a closet door.
