Description

The present invention relates to a release sheet peeling method for a soft member that peels a release sheet from a soft member having a release sheet on one side via a double-sided tape.

There is a sheet-like soft member typified by a flexible urethane foam. Such a sheet-like soft member has performance such as shock absorption, heat insulation, sound absorption, etc., and is lightweight and easy to handle. Often done. In order to fully demonstrate the performance of the soft member, it is necessary to arrange the soft member with high precision at the mounting location. Therefore, a method is mainly employed in which a double-sided tape with a release sheet is provided on one side of the soft member, the release sheet is peeled off during use, and the soft member is mounted at a predetermined location.

Techniques for automatically peeling the release sheet from such a soft member have been studied. For example, a sheet material with a double-sided tape with a release sheet attached to a porous soft body is cut into a predetermined shape, and the release sheet is peeled off by applying suction while applying ultrasonic vibration to the release sheet side of the cut sheet piece. There is technology. In this technique, it is disclosed that a plurality of needle-like protrusions with sharp tips are used as auxiliary means for peeling the release sheet. That is, the release sheet is peeled off by using a frictional force generated by piercing a soft member with a needle-like protrusion (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP-A-11-1114896 (see paragraph 0138)

By the way, when the needle-like protrusion disclosed in Patent Document 1 is pierced into the soft member, there is a concern that the soft member is deformed and damaged. Although it is necessary to take measures to prevent the deformation and breakage of the soft member caused by such piercing, the above-mentioned patent document does not describe that the deformation or breakage of the soft member occurs when the needle-like protrusion is pierced. .

Moreover, when peeling a peeling sheet, the work table called the workpiece | work installation stand shown in FIG. 1 may be utilized. When using this work table, peeling is performed from the soft member by folding the release sheet at the end of the work table. However, since Patent Document 1 does not describe peeling off the release sheet by folding the release sheet at the end of the work table, it does not suggest a release sheet peeling method using the end of the work table.

An object of the present invention is to provide a release sheet peeling method for a soft member that does not cause deformation or breakage of the soft member due to insertion of the needle, in the release sheet peeling method for a soft member using a needle as an auxiliary means. In particular, the present invention provides a release sheet peeling method for a soft member capable of more efficiently peeling a release sheet when using a workbench and peeling the release sheet using its end. Objective.

This inventor discovered that the said subject was eliminated by the structure as described below.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, “a soft member having a release sheet provided on one side is placed on a table and conveyed, and the release sheet is peeled off at the end of the table on which the soft member is placed. In this release sheet peeling method, a planar needle is disposed in the vicinity of the peeling position of the release sheet, the planar needle is inserted into the soft member, and the release sheet is peeled off from the soft member. "A method for releasing a release sheet of a soft member".

The invention according to claim 2 is: “The release member peeling method of the soft member according to claim 1, wherein the needle having the planar shape is inserted in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the soft member. Is.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, "the soft member according to the first or second aspect, wherein the plurality of planar needles are provided at equal intervals, and the plurality of planar needles are inserted." The release sheet peeling method. "

According to the present invention, since the release sheet is peeled in a state where a flat needle is inserted from the side where the release sheet is peeled, the release sheet can be peeled without deforming or damaging the soft member. As a result, the work efficiency in the process of peeling the release sheet from the soft member is improved, and the load on the soft member is not applied, so that the quality of the soft member can be maintained.

The present invention relates to a release sheet peeling method for a soft member that peels a release sheet from a soft member having a release sheet on one side via a double-sided tape, and in particular, peeling with a planar needle inserted into the soft member. The sheet is peeled off. In this way, by holding the soft member using a flat needle on the soft member, the release sheet can be easily peeled off from the soft member, and the efficiency of the sheet peeling work from the soft member can be improved. It was. In particular, in the present invention, the planar needle functions as an auxiliary means for separating the release sheet from the soft member by arranging the planar needle in the vicinity of the release position of the release sheet. The efficiency of was improved. At the same time, deformation and breakage of the soft member due to insertion are prevented, and the problem of quality deterioration of the soft member due to manufacture is solved.

Also, by inserting a flat needle from a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the soft member, the release sheet can be peeled off in a more stable state when the sheet is peeled off, and deformation or breakage of the soft member is caused by insertion. Is suppressed to a higher level.

Furthermore, by providing a flat needle with a plurality of flat needles evenly spaced, the soft member can be held more stably and deformation or breakage of the soft member due to insertion Is suppressed with higher accuracy.

As described above, the present invention provides a flat needle at the peeling position where the release sheet is peeled from the soft member, and is inserted into the soft member, thereby realizing a smooth peeling operation and reducing the load on the soft member. This is an realized invention. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail using specific embodiments as examples.

The apparatus which can implement the peeling sheet peeling method of the soft member based on this invention is demonstrated.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of an apparatus for peeling a release sheet of a soft member. The release sheet peeling apparatus 10 includes a workpiece setting table 11 on which the soft member 1 conveyed by a conveying means (not shown), an assist needle 12 that holds the soft member 1, and a release sheet 4 from the soft member 1 by suction force. It comprises a hand 13 for assisting in peeling and a roller 14 for conveying the peeling sheet 4 peeled off from the soft member 1.

As shown in FIG. 1, the workpiece mounting table 11 has an end 111 having a sharp cross section, and the release sheet 4 is peeled from the soft member T by making the end 111 cross section acute. That is, since the release sheet 4 that has been transported on the workpiece mounting base 11 together with the soft member 1 is transported along the acute shape of the end 111 at the end 111, the release sheet 4 is folded back and peeled off from the soft member 1. . Further, the release sheet 4 is conveyed by the rotation of the roller 14 provided in the vicinity of the end 111.

The assist needle 12 has a thin plate shape in cross-sectional shape, and corresponds to a planar needle in the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the assist needle 12 is provided in the vicinity of the end 111 of the workpiece setting base 11 that peels the release sheet 4 from the soft member 1, and is inserted into the soft member 1 by moving in the arrow direction in the figure. In this manner, the assist needle 12 is inserted into the soft member 1 to assist the peeling of the release sheet 4. When the assist needle 12 is inserted into the soft member 1, the soft member 1 is held by the assist needle 12 so that only the release sheet 4 can be conveyed.

FIG. 3 shows a specific example of the assist needle 12. The assist needle 12 shown in FIG. 3 has a plurality of needles arranged at equal intervals. The arrangement interval of the needles in the assist needle in which a plurality of needles are arranged at equal intervals is set according to the size and material of the soft member used at the time of processing. For example, those arranged at intervals of about 2.7 mm are preferable. . In particular, the assist needle in which a plurality of needles are arranged at equal intervals can realize good holding without being inserted deeply into the soft member, so that the load applied to the soft member can be reduced.

The material of the assist needle 12 is not particularly limited as long as it is a material capable of forming a thin plate shape, and can be selected from existing metal materials and resin materials. The thickness of the material forming the assist needle is preferably, for example, about 0.05 mm thick. The use of such a thin assist needle is preferable for maintaining the quality of the soft member because the soft member can be held with almost no deformation.

The hand 13 promotes the peeling of the release sheet 14 by applying a suction force to the soft member 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the hand 13 is provided with a plurality of suction holes, and a force is applied to the soft member 1 in the direction of the hand 13 by air suction from the suction holes. When the roller 14 is rotated in this state to transport the release sheet 4, the release sheet 4 from the acute-angled soft member 1 at the end 111 of the workpiece installation base 11 is promoted. A white arrow in FIG. 1 indicates a suction direction performed from the hand 13 toward the soft member 1.

The soft member as used in the present invention refers to a member that elastically deforms around the place where the force is applied and returns to its original shape when the force is released, and is a soft polyurethane foam (hereinafter referred to as soft urethane). A typical example is the form). Specific products include, for example, “Mortoprene manufactured by Inoac Corporation” and “Super Seal WG manufactured by Nihon Hajo Co., Ltd.”. In addition, examples of the soft member that can be used in the present invention include urethane elastomers and rubber sponges that are commercially available. Specific examples of urethane elastomer products include “G mat (manufactured by Trusco Nakayama Co., Ltd.)” and “gel tape (manufactured by Geltec Co., Ltd.)”.

FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing an example of a soft member with a release sheet attached to one side that can be used in the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the soft member 1 has a structure in which a soft body 2 is bonded to a release sheet 4 such as paper via an adhesive layer 3 formed with a double-sided tape or the like.

The physical properties of the soft member can be quantified by measuring hardness and impact resilience. Here, the measurement of the hardness of the soft member can be performed, for example, in accordance with JIS K 6400 method D (which calculates the hardness at 25% constant compression) using a urethane foam compression tester. is there. The D method of JIS K 6400 is a method in which a urethane foam is compressed with a disk having a diameter of 200 mm, and the force (unit: N) required to compress the urethane foam by 25% from the original thickness is used as a hardness value. The measuring method by D method of JIS K 6400 is performed in the following procedures.
(1) Place the test piece flat in the center of the table on the testing machine.
(2) The pressure plate is pushed in, the thickness when a predetermined force determined by the D method of JIS K 6400 is applied is read to 0.1 mm, and this is the initial thickness.
(3) Next, after pressing the pressure plate at a speed of 100 ± 20 mm / min (75 ± 2.5)% of the initial thickness, the compression plate is immediately returned.
(4) Next, the pressure plate is pushed again at a speed of 100 ± 20 mm / min to (25 ± 1)% of the initial thickness, and is stopped.
(5) Read the force when 20 seconds have passed after stationary, and set this value as “hardness”.

As a measuring device for measuring the hardness of a soft member, for example, it can be measured by a test device for soft foam such as “Automatic hardness tester AF-200 type (manufactured by Kobunshi Keiki Co., Ltd.)”. is there.

The hardness of the soft member that can be used in the present invention is preferably in the range of 10 to 400 N. By using a soft member having a hardness within this range, good sealing performance and smooth overlap of the overlapping portion can be achieved. The formation is balanced.

Further, the physical properties can be quantified by measuring the rebound resilience of the soft member usable in the present invention. Here, the rebound resilience is a scale representing the energy that the material absorbs when the soft member is impacted, for example, according to JIS K 6255 (Rebound resilience test method for vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber). Measured with a compliant Lücke rebound resilience tester. Specific examples of the Lüpke-type rebound resilience tester include “No. 200 type tester” manufactured by Yasuda Seiki Seisakusho and “VR-6500 series” manufactured by Ueshima Seisakusho.

As described above, according to the peeling sheet peeling method of the soft member according to the present invention, the peeling is performed from the soft member in a state where a flat needle is inserted from the side where the peeling sheet is peeled, so that the soft member is deformed and damaged. Without removing the release sheet, the release sheet can be peeled off. As a result, the work efficiency of the process of peeling the release sheet from the soft member is improved, and the load on the soft member is not applied, so the quality of the soft member is maintained.
