Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily removable anchor, relieving concern that an anchor is not released from obstacles and saving labor to release the anchor from the obstacles, preventing breakage or loss of the anchor, allowing a floating body with small buoyancy such as a rubber boat to use the anchor regardless of conditions of the bottom of the sea, and easy to be transported or stored, and easy to be removed. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of a main shaft of the anchor is cylinder structure to constitute a hydraulic pump, so that a load on the anchor is absorbed by the pump and a spring. Suction and discharge ports are formed at positions in the cylinder likely to be instantaneously filled with seawater, after throwing the anchor in water. Claws can be folded toward the main shaft, and are turned by using their root parts as fulcrums. When the claws are folded, tips of claws are held by a claw holder attached to the main shaft. Though the claws are folded when the anchor is released from the obstacles, the claws are restored to be in a standing state by bounce of the spring in the cylinder after the release. The anchor can be disassembled for facilitating maintenance of the inside of the cylinder or structure part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a “raft structure” that is used for anchoring a ship in a place where there is an obstacle such as a reef or fishing reef on the seabed.

Conventionally, in the case of a claw with a fixed claw, the front part of the heel and the leash are connected with a string, and when the load is higher than a certain level, the front part of the string is cut and connected to the tip of the heel ( It has been devised so that the wrinkles are off.
If you don't do that, you will either try to lift the kite forcibly, break the kite, or cut the kite and abandon it to the seabed.
In order to solve this problem, patents have been filed for other types of hooks that break the nail, but because there is no “setting structure of the hydraulic pump of the present invention”, the hull is subjected to a large wave and a powerful load instantly. There is an inconvenience that the nail is broken and the heel is unintentionally detached when the heel is caught on the heel.
When the rope is stretched for a long time, the slack can absorb a sudden load to some extent, but when the water depth is shallow and the rope is used for a short time, there is a problem that it acts directly on the kite and the kite comes off.
In addition, the structure of the other nail-folding jars of other patent applications is complicated, and there is a high probability that mud in the bottom of the water flows into the jar and causes structural failure.

Problems to be solved by the invention

(1) The inside of the main shaft of the rod is made into a hydraulic pump with a Linder structure, and the load on the rod is absorbed by both the pump and the spring.
(2) After the dredger is dropped into the water, a suction / drain hole is provided at a position where the cylinder is easily filled with seawater instantly.
(3) The claw can be folded forward and rotates with the root portion as a fulcrum.
(4) When the nail is folded, hold the nail tip with a nail holder attached to the main shaft.
(5) When the hook is removed from the hook, the claw is broken, but after the claw is released, the claw returns to the restored standing state by the repulsive force of the spring in the cylinder.
(6) A disassembly type is used to facilitate maintenance of the inside of the cylinder and the structural part.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
When the haul rope is continuously pulled by the power of the ship for several seconds, the root part of the anchor arm (▲ 9 ▼) pushes up the center shaft (▲ 8 ▼) by the lever principle and enters the cylinder from the water absorption hole (b). The filled water is gradually drained from the drain hole, and the tip of the anchor arm (9) gradually folds downward.
When the arm breaks 90 degrees or more with respect to the center column (2), the heel is removed.
In the case of a natural event where a sudden and powerful load due to a large wave acts on the dredging, the drainage hole should be minimized.
