Abstract
【解決手段】一次ボビン12と鉄心11との間にアース端子金具19の一部を挟み込んだ状態で配置して一次コイル14の一端をアース端子金具19に接続する。アース端子金具19の一次ボビンと鉄心との間に挟み込まれる部分に先端が尖った突起19cを形成してこの突起の先端を鉄心11に接触させる。一次コイル及び二次コイルを含む点火コイルの主要部をケース22内に収容して注型樹脂でモールドする。アース端子金具と鉄心との間に高電圧を印加して突起19cと鉄心との間に入り込んだモールド樹脂を炭化する際に、突起19cと鉄心との間で確実に電流の集中を生じさせて樹脂の炭化を確実に行わせる。

Description
図1及び図2は、本発明の好ましい実施形態を示したもので、図1は同実施形態の縦断面図、図2は鉄心の一部を省略して示した図1の左側面図である。これらの図において11は鋼板の積層体からなる鉄心で、図示の鉄心11は、I状に形成された鉄心本体11Aと、鉄心本体11Aの両端に蟻結合された脚部11B及び11Cとからなっている。脚部11B及び11Cの先端には、内燃機関のクランク軸に取りつけられるロータRTの外周に設けられた磁石界磁の磁極に対向させられる磁極部11B1及び11C1が形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 鉄心と、前記鉄心の周囲に一次ボビンを介して巻回された一次コイルと該一次コイルを外側から囲むように設けられた二次コイルと、一部が前記一次ボビンと鉄心との間に挟み込まれた状態で配置されたアース端子金具と、前記一次コイル及び二次コイルを被覆するように設けられた樹脂モールド部とを備え、前記一次コイルの接地側の端末部が前記アース端子金具に接続されている内燃機関用点火コイルにおいて、
前記アース端子金具の前記一次ボビンと鉄心との間に挟み込まれた部分に、前記鉄心側に突出した少なくとも1個の突起が形成され、
前記突起は、前記鉄心に接触する先端部が尖った形状を有していること、
を特徴とする内燃機関用点火コイル。 - 鉄心と、前記鉄心の周囲に一次ボビンを介して巻回された一次コイルと該一次コイルを外側から囲むように設けられた二次コイルと、一部が前記一次ボビンと鉄心との間に挟み込まれた状態で配置されたアース端子金具とを有する点火コイルと、前記二次コイルの外側に配置されて前記点火コイルの一次電流を制御する制御回路を構成する制御ユニットと、前記一次コイル及び二次コイルを前記制御ユニットとともに被覆するように設けられた樹脂モールド部とを備え、前記一次コイルの接地側の端末部及び前記制御ユニットのアースにつながるアース線が前記アース端子金具に接続されている内燃機関用点火装置において、
前記アース端子金具の前記一次ボビンと鉄心との間に挟み込まれた部分に、前記鉄心側に突出した少なくとも1個の突起が形成され、
前記突起は、前記鉄心に接触する先端部が尖った形状を有していること、
を特徴とする内燃機関用点火装置。
