Description

The present invention relates to a painting booth, and more particularly to a painting booth configured to have a painting space in which a painting operation can be performed inside and to perform ventilation with the outside.

Conventionally, a dry baffle type painting booth is generally known as this type of painting booth. This baffle-type paint booth is formed in a rectangular box shape with the front open, and a baffle plate as a first filter is erected in the interior of the box-shaped booth body, and a second filter is placed behind the baffle plate. An exhaust chamber is formed behind the second filter. In addition, an exhaust blower is attached to the upper part of the exhaust chamber, and the air in the booth body is exhausted through the exhaust chamber, the baffle plate, and the second filter by the exhaust operation of the exhaust blower.
When coating is performed by spraying paint from the spray paint gun in the booth body, the paint mist sprayed from the spray paint gun and diffused into the booth body is sucked through the baffle plate (first filter) and the second filter to paint mist Is collected to prevent splashing with painting mistakes.
Also, as a conventional painting booth format, a swirl chamber is provided in the booth, and the swirl chamber creates a swirl in the exhaust, which separates the air from the paint mist and collects the separated paint mist in the water tank. There is a Venturi booth that is structured to
As another type, an oil circulation type painting booth is also known.

By the way, for example, a painting operation is always performed along with a plating operation of an outer panel of an automobile. And as for the size of the panel to which the coating is applied, the work panel of 1 to 2 occupies 70 to 80% of the whole.
Even in the operation of such a small panel, there are restrictions on the use of organic solvents and the work place (environment). In order to satisfy such restrictions, work is often performed using a full-fledged painting booth using a steel box, a heat insulating material, etc., in a fully sealed box shape.
However, the full-scale painting booth is expensive, and it is not economical for painting one or two panels.
For this reason, in the past, the actual situation is that the painting work is performed using a simple painting booth using a vinyl material.
Both the above-described full-scale painting booth and the simple type painting booth are almost fixed, and there are inconveniences in terms of effective use of the work place with restrictions on the place.
In addition, from the viewpoint of the plating process, there are ground treatment such as putty and surfacer application, toning work, and top-drying work. In conventional painting booths, the drying work takes a lot of time, There was a problem in work efficiency.

In recent years, regarding organic solvents in the plating industry, PRTR (Pollutant Release and Transfer Register), VOC countermeasures (Volatile Organic Compounds), fire fighting law, etc. It is necessary to take measures against environmental problems not only in the production lines of automobile manufacturers but also in the repair industry.
Against this background, the materials used are also changing. In the repair industry, low-solvent types with low solvent usage and solvents that are designated as specific chemicals, such as xylene and toluene, are being replaced. Low solvent type paints have been introduced to the market.
In addition, since many water-based paints have begun to be put on the market due to the problems of deodorization, the problem of low solvents, the above-mentioned PRTR law problems, VOC countermeasure problems, etc., the repair industry, that is, the paint user side, Along with the transition of the above materials, it is necessary to review the working technology and working environment.
For example, when a water-based paint is used, since drying is very slow, the working speed is reduced, which causes an increase in cost.

Incidentally, as a conventional painting booth, Patent Literature 1 proposes a painting booth that can safely perform car body plating work on the premises of a gas station.
That is, a car body plating coating booth for a petrol station described in Patent Document 1 is provided with a car body plating coating space for plating, a canopy portion provided above the car body plating coating space, An explosion-proof air supply fan for taking outside air into the vehicle body plating coating space, an air supply filter for purifying air taken in by the explosion-proof air supply fan provided on the canopy portion, and An exhaust filter provided on any one of the side peripheral surfaces and for purifying dirty air in the body plating coating space, and air purified by the exhaust filter provided outside the exhaust filter are stored. An exhaust box, an explosion-proof exhaust fan that is provided in the exhaust box and exhausts air stored in the exhaust box to the outside, and the explosion-proof supply It is obtained so as to have a control panel for controlling the fan and-proof 爆排 air fan.
According to the paint booth constructed in this way, there is no risk of igniting flammable gas such as thinner, flammable gas, and paint floating in the car body plating paint space, the work environment is good, and the Fire Service Act is started. Therefore, it is thought that VOC measures were taken into consideration.

The vertical frames 1a, 1d, 1e, and 1h that are the outermost frame members 1 and the vertical frames 1b, 1c, 1f, and 1g that are the inner frame members adjacent to each other in a parallel state are caused by the action of the pantograph mechanism. , Approaching or separating from each other while maintaining a parallel state in a direction approaching each other (inward direction) and a direction separating from each other (outward direction).
An air supply opening 3 is provided on the ceiling surface, and a dryer mounting frame 4 for mounting or abutting a dryer 10 with a blowing function, which will be described later, is provided between the ceiling frames 1j and 1k on the periphery thereof. Is provided.
In addition, an exhaust opening 5 is provided in a part of the peripheral side surface of the painting space (upper part in FIG. 2), and an exhaust means for attaching a filter, an exhaust fan, and a duct hose, which will be described later, is provided around the periphery. A frame 6 is provided between the horizontal frames 1r and 1s.

A caster 7 is provided at the lower end of each of the vertical frames 1a to 1h, and is configured to be able to move freely on the floor or the like.
The above is the structure of the frame member 1 that forms the skeleton of the painting space.
Next, a painting booth in a state where the cover member 8 is hung on the frame member 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
The cover member 8 includes four peripheral side surfaces, that is, a front surface 8a, a right side surface 8b, a left side surface 8c, a back surface 8d, and a ceiling surface 8e. The front surface 8a of the cover member 8 is provided with a locking tool (not shown) so as to roll up and not fall so that an object to be coated, for example, an automobile can enter and exit.
As the cover member 8, a thick vinyl material is joined or molded by means such as cutting, sewing, fusing, adhesive tacking, or hook-and-loop fasteners. In FIG. 5, thick rectangular portions at the four corners of the front surface 8 a and the back surface 8 d are thick opaque auxiliary covers 9.

A thick skirt portion 9a is provided at each lower end portion of the auxiliary cover 9, and the space between the lower end portion of the cover member 8 and the installation surface is blocked so that the internal air hardly leaks.
Further, the auxiliary cover 9 has a role of preventing the inflow of air at the joined portion because the adjacent cover members 8a and 8b and the cover members 8a and 8c are joined by the surface fastener. Yes.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the effective utilization of the space of the painting booth of this invention is demonstrated. In FIG. 3, the painting space is the largest. On the other hand, in FIG. 4, the outermost vertical frame 1d and the inner vertical frame 1c, and the outermost vertical frame 1h and the inner vertical frame 1g are strongly pressed inward to press both. When approaching, the cover member 8 is folded as shown in FIG. 4 while maintaining the parallel state by the parallel movement function of the pantograph mechanisms 2b and 2d provided between the vertical frames. As a result, the painting area of the painting booth is reduced, which reduces the space occupied by the painting booth and further improves the space efficiency.
Next, the attachment / detachment function of the dryer with a blowing function in the painting booth of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The dryer 10 shown in FIG. 5 is supported by a pair of vertical rails 100a separately provided on the ceiling of a building and a horizontal rail 100b slidably fitted to the vertical rails. , Supported in the vertical direction by the pantograph and locked at the desired position, but this allows the dryer to move vertically and horizontally along the guide rail, and can also be raised and lowered in the vertical direction. It has become. In addition, it is not always necessary to fix the dryer 10 to the dryer mounting frame 4 of the painting booth by using fastening means such as bolts and nuts, and a heat-resistant sealing material is interposed between the contact portions of the two. The dryer 10 may be configured to come into contact with the dryer mounting frame 4 having the sealing material.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view according to the second embodiment in which the dryer 10 is brought into contact with the air supply opening of the painting booth by the moving stand means.
That is, the casing 10a of the dryer can be moved in the vertical direction by the arm means 11, and is rotated around the horizontal axis and the vertical axis that do not appear in the drawing in the vicinity of the distal end side of the arm means 11. It is possible to move on the floor by a caster 12 provided at the lower part of the arm means 11 so that the casing part 10a having a reflective partition is brought into contact with the dryer mounting frame 4 of the air supply opening 3. It is configured.
In the dryer 10, the dust removing filter is disposed behind the housing 10 a in contact with the air supply opening 3 or on the intake side behind the air blowing means, so that the quality of the coating film is impaired by the air blowing. This can be effectively prevented.
The air blowing means is configured to supply air to the coating film while cooling the terminal portion of the heater tube protruding from the ventilation space of the housing portion 10a or the required air blowing space to the required air blowing gap. is there. For this reason, it is possible to cool the temperature of the terminal portion to a lower temperature, thereby making it possible to raise the heat generation temperature of the heat generating portion to a higher temperature, thereby further shortening the drying time of the coating film. It becomes possible.

By the way, the present invention is mainly applied in the interior of the painting booth (painting room). For example, when the outer surface of a part of an automobile such as a side door, fender, trunk, bumper, bonnet, etc. is damaged. In this case, the automobile is stopped along the peripheral side surface (for example, the front face 8a) of the present painting booth, or the cover member of the front face 8a is rolled up in a state where the painting booth is moved to the side to be painted of the automobile. The surface to be painted is surrounded by a cover member, and the painting operation can be performed on the painting room side with the surface to be painted exposed in the painting room. In this case, since there is no need for a large space inside the painting booth, it is preferable from the viewpoint of space efficiency that the outermost frame is moved inward and the cover member is folded as described above.
In addition, when enclosing the to-be-painted surface of the automobile with the cover member 8, there may be a gap between the automobile and the painting booth. In this case, the auxiliary cover member may be an adhesive tape, hook-and-loop fastener, hook, etc. It is desirable to connect them so that the gaps are conspicuous.
The cover member 8 is configured to roll up only a part of the peripheral side surface, for example, the front surface 8a, but is not limited to this, and other left and right side surfaces, 8b, 8c, and the back surface 8d are also open. In this case, the peripheral side surfaces may be configured to be connected to each other by a hook-and-loop fastener or a hook.

In the painting booth of the present invention configured as described above, for example, an object to be painted is moved into a painting room, or the painting booth is moved to an object to be painted to prepare for painting.
Then, the dryer 10 and the exhaust fan (not shown) are rotated. The drier 10 does not energize the heater during painting, or supplies a small electric power to ventilate the painting room. (So-called push-pull structure).
After the coating is completed, the coating power is strongly dried by setting the power supplied to the heater of the dryer 10 to a predetermined value. The drying of the coating film varies depending on the coating process, but an appropriate temperature and drying time are set in pretreatment (putty / surfacer), toning work, top coating work, and the like.
In any drying process, since the drying work can be performed quickly with the object to be coated placed in the painting room, the working efficiency can be greatly improved as compared with the conventional apparatus.
The dryer 10 is separated from the air supply opening 3 after the completion of the painting operation, and a housing part (hot air discharge part) is disposed in the vicinity of the surface to be coated to directly dry the surface to be painted.
Incidentally, the capability of the conventional full-scale painting booth and the simple type painting booth according to the present invention will be described.

The shape of a conventional full-scale painting booth is, for example, a height of 2500 mm, a width of 4000 mm, and a depth of 7000 mm. The capacity of a general air supply fan in this painting room is 340 to 430 m 3 / min. The capacity is 340 to 430 m 3 / min.
On the other hand, the shape of the painting booth according to the present invention is 2000 mm high, 2600 mm wide, and 2100 mm deep.
The capacity of the air supply fan of the dryer 10 according to the present invention is 40 to 44 m 3 / min and the capacity of the exhaust fan is 37 to 55 m 3 / min. Compared with the ventilation performance of the conventional full-scale paint booth. However, the wind speed is generally 0.2 to 0.4 m / min, whereas the wind speed in the painting booth according to the present invention is 2 to 2 than the full-scale booth. 3 times faster. In view of the above, the present invention can sufficiently cope with a slow-evaporation type paint such as a water-based paint or a high-boiling liquid type paint, and can exhibit a good effect.
By the way, the painting booth according to the present invention is not a fixed work place in the field work, but a caster is attached to the lower part of the frame member, and the stand type arm means for supporting the dryer 10 is also used. Casters are attached, and the type that hangs the dryer 10 can be moved vertically and horizontally by the guide rail, so the painting and drying locations can be changed freely. Therefore, the space in the factory can be used effectively.

The conventional painting booth has the disadvantage that after the ground treatment process is completed, the repair vehicle must be moved to the painting place and the top coating work must be performed, but according to the painting booth according to the present invention, the panel 1 to 1 If the repair area is about two sheets, it is possible to perform from the base coating to the top coating and the drying operation at the same place regardless of the place.
This means that the efficiency of the plating work will be greatly improved, and at the same time it will contribute to a significant cost reduction of equipment related to painting.
In the painting booth according to the present invention, since the dryer having a blowing function can move horizontally and vertically, the dryer is brought into contact with the interior of the painting booth by contacting the air supply opening during painting. Used for ventilation. When drying, pull away from the air supply opening, move to the surface to be coated that needs to be dried, and have a housing (hot air injection part) with a reflective partition of the dryer on the surface to be coated Can be used for drying by separating the distance, and the drying time can be remarkably shortened and it can be used for both ventilation and drying, so that the equipment cost can be reduced and the space efficiency Will also improve.
