Abstract
【解決手段】この溝蓋は、排水を排水溝へ流下させるための開口部を有する溝蓋本体と、溝蓋本体上に設置された滑り止め部材3とを備えている。そして、滑り止め部材3は、排水が透過可能な複数の空隙3cを内部に有するとともに凹凸状の上面を有し、滑り止め部材3の上面を覆うように光触媒層4が設けられている。

Claims (8)
- 排水溝の上部を覆う溝蓋であって、
排水を前記排水溝へ流下させるための開口部を有する溝蓋本体と、前記溝蓋本体上を覆うように設置された滑り止め部材とを備え、
前記滑り止め部材は、排水が透過可能な複数の空隙を内部に有するとともに凹凸状の上面を有し、
前記滑り止め部材の上面を覆うように光触媒を含有する層が設けられている、溝蓋。 - 前記光触媒を含有する層は、前記滑り止め部材の上面の凹凸形状に沿うように設けられている、請求項1に記載の溝蓋。
- 前記光触媒を含有する層は、前記光触媒を含有する材料が前記滑り止め部材の上面の凹凸形状に沿うように塗布されることにより形成されている、請求項2に記載の溝蓋。
- 前記光触媒として酸化チタンが用いられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の溝蓋。
- 前記滑り止め部材は、柔軟で弾性を有する材料からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の溝蓋。
- 前記滑り止め部材は、複数のゴムチップが樹脂材料によって相互に結合されることにより形成された材料からなる、請求項5に記載の溝蓋。
- 前記ゴムチップは、ゴム廃材が破砕されることにより形成されたものである、請求項6に記載の溝蓋。
- 請求項1に記載の溝蓋の製造方法であって、
前記溝蓋本体上を覆うように前記滑り止め部材を設ける工程と、
前記滑り止め部材の上面の凹凸形状に沿うように前記光触媒を含有する材料を塗布することによって前記光触媒を含有する層を形成する工程とを備えた、溝蓋の製造方法。
