Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る引抜加工用プラグ1は、ストレート部11とテーパ部12とが曲面部13を介して連設されている。軸方向断面視において、曲面部13は、曲率中心がストレート部11及びテーパ部12の外方に位置する所定の曲率半径Rを有し、ストレート部11との接続点131近傍の傾きがストレート部11の傾きと略同一とされていると共に、テーパ部12との接続点132近傍の傾きがテーパ部12の傾きと略同一とされていることを特徴とする。

図2は、本発明の一実施形態に係る管の引抜加工用プラグの概略構成を示す軸方向断面図であり、図2(a)は引抜加工用プラグを用いて管の引抜加工を行っている状態を示す全体図を、図2(b)は図2(a)の破線で囲った部分の拡大図を示す。

Claims (3)
- 引抜加工される管の内面に挿入され、円柱面状のストレート部と、該ストレート部に連設された円錐面状のテーパ部とを備えた管の引抜加工用プラグであって、
前記ストレート部と前記テーパ部とは、曲面部を介して連設されており、
軸方向断面視において、前記曲面部は、曲率中心が前記ストレート部及び前記テーパ部の外方に位置する所定の曲率半径を有し、前記ストレート部との接続点近傍の傾きが前記ストレート部の傾きと略同一とされていると共に、前記テーパ部との接続点近傍の傾きが前記テーパ部の傾きと略同一とされていることを特徴とする管の引抜加工用プラグ。 - 前記曲率半径が2mm以上20mm以下とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管の引抜加工用プラグ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の引抜加工用プラグを用いて引抜加工する工程を含むことを特徴とする管の製造方法。
