Description

The present invention relates to a movable deck that is used in a mechanical parking facility and shields an opening for raising and lowering an automobile so as to be opened and closed.

In general, in a tray-type mechanical parking facility in which a car is placed on a tray and stored in the car, the car enters the car entry part and the car enters the car entry part. The tray on which is placed is rotated so that the front of the car is directed in the direction of delivery.

Patent Document 1 describes a form in which a turntable is installed in a boarding part of an automobile and a tray is rotated. In this form, a circular recess is provided at the center of the floor of the vehicle entry section, and a rectangular hole through which the tray can pass is formed in the center of the recess and communicates with the lift hoistway. A circular guide rail is laid along the inner periphery of the recess. The turntable includes a plurality of rollers on the outer periphery and is disposed inside the guide rail. Each roller is placed on the guide rail and is self-running by two drive motors. In addition, the tray having an opening through which the tray can pass at the center of the turntable, and a pair of tray support arms capable of moving back and forth toward the opening of the tray and its driving device on the lower surface side, the tray transferred by the lift Passed over the tray opening. In this way, the tray is rotated integrally with the turntable of the vehicle entry part (see FIG. 9).

In this case, the swivel frame is composed of two support members, and tray locking means are provided at both ends thereof. The turning drive device includes a turning bearing and a turning drive unit (turning motor and turning gear) that drives the turning bearing. In this way, the tray is swung together with the swivel frame of the lift at a predetermined height (turning level) on the vehicle entrance (the elevator port) (see FIG. 10).
JP-A-11-229656 JP 2004-76266 A

By the way, when adopting a turntable or a tray turning device in a mechanical parking facility, in the case of a turntable, as shown in FIG. In contrast to this, in the case of a tray swivel device, as shown in FIG. 10, it is sufficient if there is a space in which the lift and the tray can pass directly under the vehicle entrance (elevator). The beam on the frame side can be moved closer to the lift side, and there is an advantage in that there are few restrictions on arrangement compared to the turntable. On the other side, in the case of a turntable, as shown in FIG. 9, the tray and the turntable are integrated during the loading and unloading of the vehicle, so that the tray is raised and lowered on the floor regardless of the direction of loading the vehicle. The opening of the tray is shielded by the tray and the turntable so that the opening is not exposed. As shown, a tray landing opening is formed on the tray opening in the direction of 90 degrees, and the tray must be swung over the lifting opening to land on the landing opening. Then, since the opening of the elevator opening is exposed on both sides of the landing opening, it is necessary to take measures to shield this opening. In the present invention, attention is paid to shielding such an opening.

The present invention is wide including such an opening, and it is possible to shield an elevator opening and lowering an automobile so that it can be opened and closed with a simple device configuration and a minimum device size and with as little force as possible. The purpose is to provide a movable deck.

In order to achieve the above object, the movable deck of the present invention is a movable deck that shields an opening for raising and lowering an automobile so as to be openable and closable in a mechanical parking facility, and is movably disposed on the opening. A first deck that shields one end side of the first deck, a second deck that is foldably connected to the first deck so as to be folded upward or downward, and shields the middle of the opening; A third deck that is pivotally connected to the second deck so as to be foldable upward or downward and shields the other end of the opening; and a folding direction of the second and third decks; Is provided between the second and third decks on the opposite side, and driving means for driving the second and third decks in the pulling direction and the pulling direction to each other. Guide the deck of 2, deployable third deck on the opening, and is summarized in that, which is configured to be foldable to the other end of the opening.

The movable deck of the present invention is also embodied as follows. First, the depth of the first deck corresponding to the moving direction is smaller than that of the other decks, and guide rollers are provided on either side of the first deck or both sides of the opening. The other has a guide rail. Second, the second and third decks are substantially the same size, and are connected together with the first deck so as to be horizontally deployable and foldable in the vertical direction. Thirdly, the driving means is disposed on the folding center of the second deck and the third deck, and a driven shaft rotatably supported via a bearing disposed on the second deck side. A drive motor installed close to the second deck in the vicinity of the first deck and having a drive shaft parallel to the driven shaft, and a chain disposed between the driven shaft and the drive shaft A transmission means or a belt transmission means; and a connecting member fixed between the driven shaft and the third deck and connecting the two. In this case, it is preferable that the chain transmission means or the belt transmission means is configured together with the speed reduction means. Fourthly, the mechanical parking facility is formed in the entrance part of the automobile, the elevator opening and lowering the tray moved up and down by the lift, and formed on the elevator opening in a different direction from the elevator opening, An opening that is mounted on the lift and is rotated by the means for turning the tray and swiveling the tray on the lift opening and landing on the landing opening. In the case of the opening of the lift opening exposed on both sides of the tray placed on the floor opening, the second and third decks are connected so as to be foldable upward, and the driving means is the second and third decks. It is installed on the lower surface side. In this case, it is preferable that the first deck has a gap-shaped portion that protrudes toward the landing port side and closes a gap that is exposed between the landing port and the tray that is landed on the landing port.

With the above configuration, the movable deck of the present invention shields the opening for raising and lowering the automobile in various mechanical parking facilities so that it can be opened and closed with a simple device configuration and a minimum device size and with as little force as possible. can do. In particular, the entrance part of the car is equipped with an elevator for raising and lowering the tray and a landing opening for landing the tray in a different direction from the elevator, and the tray is raised and lowered by means of turning the tray mounted on the lift. In a mechanical parking facility that swivels on the mouth and lands on the landing opening, it is possible to effectively shield the opening of the lift opening that is exposed on both sides of the tray placed on the landing opening.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an automobile entry part of a mechanical parking facility, and FIG. 2 shows a movable deck installed in the automobile entry part. The parking facility here is an underground multi-layered horizontal circulation parking facility that uses a tray system, and the lift is installed between the vehicle entrance and multiple storage floors. A tray turning device is mounted on the lifting frame. Refer to Patent Document 2 for details of the parking facility and the lift.

As shown in FIG. 1, an entrance 2 for raising and lowering a tray for automatic in-vehicle placement that is moved up and down by a lift L at the center of the floor (incoming level of an automobile) is substantially rectangular in the entrance part 1 of the automobile. Further, a landing port 3 for landing a tray on the elevator port 2 is formed in a substantially rectangular plane shape in a direction different from that of the elevator port 2. In the case of the vehicle entry part 1, the direction of entering and exiting the vehicle is set to 90 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction of the elevator 2, and the landing entrance 3 is formed at the center of the elevator 2 in the direction of 90 degrees. The elevator port 2 and the landing port 3 are formed in a shape substantially orthogonal to the cross shape. Accordingly, when the tray is swung on the lift port 2 by the tray swivel device of the lift L and is landed on the landing port 3, the openings 20 of the lift port 2 are exposed on both sides of the landing port 3. (See FIGS. 4 to 6).

As shown in FIG. 2, the movable deck 4 is movably disposed on the opening 20, and can be folded upward toward the first deck 41 and a first deck 41 that shields one end of the opening 20. A second deck 42 that is connected and shields the middle of the opening 20, is pivotally supported on the other end side of the opening 20, and is connected to the second deck 42 so as to be foldable upward. A third deck 43 that shields the side, and an opening 20 side opposite to the folding direction of the second and third decks 42 and 43, and is provided between the second and third decks 42 and 43. And a deck driving device 5 for driving the third decks 42 and 43 in the pulling direction and the pulling direction.

In the case of the movable deck 4, the first deck 41 shields a predetermined range on one end side in the inner side of the opening 20 (that is, one end side close to the landing entrance 3) as shown in FIG. A gap-shaped portion 411 that protrudes toward the landing port 3 at one end on the landing port 3 side and closes the gap 30 exposed between the landing port 3 and the tray that is landed on the landing port 3. (See FIG. 8A). In this case, the width of the surface that closes the opening 20 of the first deck 41 is slightly larger than the width of the elevator port 2 (the width thereof), and the depth corresponding to the moving direction is larger than the depths of the other decks 42 and 43 (the depth thereof) Here, it is formed in an elongated, substantially rectangular planar shape that is a little smaller than the depth on the plane necessary for folding the second and third decks 42, 43. In the case of the first deck 41, since the guide rollers 400 are attached to the lower portions on both sides, both sides slightly protrude toward the second deck 42, and bearings are provided in the lower portions. On the other hand, the surface (gap shape portion 411) that closes the gap 30 is exposed between the landing port 3 and the tray that is landed on the landing port 3 along the side inner edge of the landing port 3. It is formed into a further elongated rectangular planar shape having a predetermined length and width corresponding to the gap 30. In this way, the entire first deck 41 is formed in a planar shape in which a substantially U-shaped portion and a substantially I-shaped portion are connected (see FIG. 8A). As shown in FIG. 3, it is desirable that a gap cover 412 is further attached to the deck 41 on the gap shape portion 411. The gap cover 412 is formed on the side portion of the tray Т (in the case of this tray Т, the side protruding portion) that is landed on the landing port 3 from substantially the entire gap shape portion 411 by an elastic material such as a rubber material. It is formed in the shape of an elongate belt that can be bridged to the gap shape portion 411 and is fixed by screwing. Since the first deck 41 is movably disposed on the opening 20, as shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C, a plurality of (in this case, two) ) Guide rollers 400 are mounted across the first deck 41 and the second deck 42, and guide rails 401 are laid on both sides of the opening 20, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 2C, the second deck 42 is a flat plate that shields a predetermined range in the middle of the opening 20, and the third deck 43 is a predetermined plate on the other end side in the outside direction of the opening 20. Planar plates that shield the area and have approximately the same size. In this case, each of the decks 42 and 43 has the same width as the first deck 41 (the width thereof) and a depth larger than the first deck 41 (the depth thereof). It is formed in a substantially rectangular planar shape that is slightly larger than that. In addition, in the 2nd deck 42, the part protruded to the both sides (the 2nd deck 42 side) of the 1st deck 41 can fit, and both sides (the 1st deck 41 side) can be fitted. One end is formed in a concave shape. One end of the second deck 42 is coupled to the other end of the first deck 41 via a hinge, and the second deck 42 is connected to the first deck 41 as shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2A, the first deck 41 is raised in the vertical direction and connected so as to be foldable. One end of the third deck 43 is coupled to the other end of the second deck 42 so as to be rotatable via a deck driving device 5 described later. As shown in FIG. 2 (c), the third deck 43 can be deployed horizontally together with the first and second decks 41 and 42 as shown in FIG. As shown in 2 (b) and (a), it is raised together with the second deck 42 in the vertical direction so as to be foldable.

As shown in FIGS. 2A, 2 </ b> B, and 2 </ b> C, the deck drive device 5 includes a driven shaft 51, a drive motor 53, chain transmission means 54, a connecting member 55, and the like. The driven shaft 51 is disposed on the folding center (on the lower surface side) of the second deck 42 and the third deck 43 and is rotatably supported via a bearing 45 disposed on the second deck 42 side. The The drive motor 53 is installed on the second deck 42 in the vicinity of the first deck 41 with the drive shaft 52 parallel to the driven shaft 51. A chain transmission means 54 is disposed between the driven shaft 51 and the drive shaft 52. In this case, a large-diameter sprocket 541 is attached to the driven shaft 51, and a small-diameter sprocket 542 is attached to the drive shaft 42. A roller chain 543 is wound between the sprockets 541 and 542. In addition, a tensioner (not shown) is disposed at an appropriate position around the roller chain 543. The connecting member 55 includes a pair of arm members. One end of each arm is joined to one end side of the third deck 43 and the other end is fixed on the driven shaft 51 (the outer peripheral surface thereof). It is fixed between the third deck 43 and the second and third decks 42 and 43 are connected (hinged) by the connecting member 55. In the case of the deck drive device 5, a motor with a speed reducer may be employed as the drive motor 53, but it is preferable that the chain transmission means 54 is configured with a speed reduction means. In this case, an intermediate shaft is further arranged between the driven shaft 51 and the drive shaft 52, and a large-diameter sprocket and a small-diameter sprocket are arranged side by side on the intermediate shaft, and one large-diameter sprocket and the drive are driven. A roller chain may be wound between the (small diameter) sprocket of the shaft 52, and a roller chain may be wound between the other small diameter sprocket and the driven (large diameter) sprocket 541. Moreover, you may be comprised with various gears. By configuring the chain transmission means 54 together with the speed reduction means in this way, a small drive motor having a motor diameter substantially equal to the sprocket diameter can be used, and the deck drive apparatus 5 as a whole can be miniaturized. Can do. When the drive motor 53 is driven in the forward direction in this way, the chain transmission means 54 rotates in the pulling direction of the second and third decks 42 and 43 (hereinafter referred to as pulling drive), and second and second. 3 decks 42 and 43 are folded upward, and the first deck 41 is moved in the horizontal direction in the folding direction of the decks 42 and 43 (by the rolling of the guide rollers 400 on the guide rails 401). The second and third decks 42 and 43 are drawn into the lower portion of the decks 42 and 43, and the whole is folded. On the contrary, when the drive motor 53 is driven in the reverse direction, the chain transmission means 54 rotates in the direction in which the second and third decks 42 and 43 are separated (hereinafter referred to as separation drive), and the second and third. The decks 42 and 43 are deployed in the horizontal direction, and the first deck 41 is moved in the horizontal direction in the extending direction of the decks 42 and 43 (by rolling of the guide rollers 400 on the guide rail 401). And the whole is expanded horizontally.

In this way, the movable deck 4 can guide the first deck 41 by the deck driving device 5 so that the second and third decks 42 and 43 can be deployed on the opening 20 and the other end of the opening 20. The opening 20 is opened and closed. Next, with respect to the operation of opening and closing the opening 20 by the movable deck 4 with reference to FIGS. 4 to 8, a series of the lift L lifts the tray onto the vehicle loading portion 1, turns, and landes. A description will be given according to the operation.

First, when raising a tray on the boarding part 1 of a motor vehicle with the lift L, as shown in FIG. 4A and FIG. (The other end) Folded to the outer edge. In this case, each movable deck 4 is folded by raising the second and third decks 42 and 43 vertically on the outer edge portion (the other end side) of the opening 20 by the pulling drive of the deck driving device 5. In this folding direction, the first deck 41 is kept horizontal (with the guide rollers 400 placed on the guide rails 401) and pulled into the lower portions of the second and third decks 42 and 43. This folded state is locked when the deck driving device 5 is stopped. In this manner, the tray opening 2 and landing opening 3 are fully opened, and the lift L is driven up in this state. The tray Т placed on the lifting frame (on the tray turning device) is raised to the turning level of a predetermined height on the lifting opening 2, and when the tray Т reaches the turning level, the lift L is stopped.

Subsequently, when the tray Т on the lift L is turned on the vehicle entry part 1, each movable deck 4 is moved up and down by the vehicle entry part 1 as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). It is in a state of being continuously folded at the outer edge portion (the other end side) of the mouth 20. In this state, the tray turning device of the lift L is driven to turn. The tray Т placed on the tray turning device of the lifting frame is turned at the turning level on the lift opening 20, and when the tray Т is turned 90 degrees, the tray turning device is stopped.

Subsequently, when the tray Т on the lift L is lowered and landed on the boarding part 1 of the car, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), each movable deck 4 is moved by the boarding part 1 of the car. It is in a state of being folded continuously at the outer edge portion (the other end side) of the elevator port 20. In this state, the lift L is driven downward. The tray Т placed on the lifting frame (on the tray turning device) is lowered to the landing port 3 and when the tray Т reaches the boarding level, the lift L is stopped. Here, the openings 20 of the elevator port 2 are exposed on both sides of the tray Т on the landing port 3, and the landing port 3 and the landing port 3 are landed along the inner edges of both sides of the landing port 3. A gap 30 is exposed between the tray Т to be used.

Subsequently, each movable deck 4 is unfolded at the vehicle entry portion 1 and each opening 20 is shielded. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b), each movable deck 4 is driven by the deck drive device 5 so that the first deck 41 is guided and the second and third decks are guided. 42 and 43 are developed on each opening 20. Then, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, when the second and third decks 42 and 43 together with the first deck 41 are deployed horizontally on the openings 20, the deck driving device 5 is stopped, and the openings 20 are shielded by these decks 41, 42, 43, and the gap-shaped portions 411 of the first decks 41 are exposed along the inner edges of both sides of the landing port 3. The gap 30 is shielded together. In this case, if a gap cover 412 is provided on the gap shape portion 411, the gap cover 412 is placed between the gap shape portion 411 and the side of the tray Т (in the case of this tray Т, the side protruding portion). As a result, the gap 30 is completely shielded. This parking facility is a horizontal circulation type, and as shown in FIG. 3, a coupler (connector) C for connecting the trays Т to each other is attached to the side surface of the tray Т, and this is projected into the gap 30. However, this coupler C is also shielded by the gap-shaped portion 411 (and the gap cover 412) of the first deck 41. This unfolded state is locked when the deck driving device 5 is stopped.

Further, when each movable deck 4 is folded, the above operation is reversed.

As described above, the movable deck 4 is composed of the first, second, and third decks 41, 42, and 43 that are folded in three, and is driven by a motor that is installed on the lower surface of the intermediate second deck 42. The three-fold deck 41, 42, 43 is driven to be unfolded or folded by the deck driving device 5 of the present invention, so that the entire device has a simple configuration, and the minimum size necessary for closing the opening 20 is sufficient. It can be installed in the minimum necessary space on the loading part 1, and in particular, since the deck drive device 5 is on the opening 20 side and does not come out on the loading part 1 of the automobile, it is installed in the riding part 1 of the automobile Will not interfere with other equipment that will be used and will not get in the way. Further, in the case of this movable deck 4, the opening 20 is opened and closed by the operation of unfolding and folding the three-fold decks 41, 42, and 43, so that, for example, the operation of raising and lowering the single-sheet deck in a flip-up manner Compared to the above, the force required for the drive motor 52 can be greatly reduced.

In particular, the first deck 41 has a depth corresponding to the moving direction of the first deck 41 is smaller than the other decks 42 and 43, and a plurality of guide rollers 400 are provided at the lower portions on both sides of the first deck 41 and the second deck 41. Since the guide rails 401 are installed on both sides of the opening 20 so as to be movable in the horizontal direction, the movable deck 4 is unfolded or folded. At this time, the movement of the (short) first deck 41 in the horizontal direction can surely guide the unfolding direction or the folding direction of the second and third decks 42 and 43, thereby realizing a smooth operation. Further, when the movable deck 4 is deployed, when the second and third decks 42 and 43 are deployed in the horizontal direction, the first deck 41 moves in the horizontal direction, so that the first, second, The operation of pushing up the third decks 41, 42, 43 can be prevented. Furthermore, since the first deck 41 has a short depth and a planar shape, as shown in FIG. 5A, the first deck 41 is placed under the turning path of the tray Т. The movable deck 4 can be installed as close to the opening 20 as possible.

Furthermore, the second and third decks 42 and 43 have substantially the same size, are deployed horizontally together with the first deck 41, and are folded in the vertical direction, so that the opening 20 can be sufficiently shielded. However, it can be folded compactly and does not get in the way of the vehicle entrance 1.

Furthermore, the deck drive device 5 is disposed on the folding center of the second deck 42 and the third deck 43 and is rotatably supported via a bearing 45 disposed on the second deck 42 side. The driven shaft 51, the drive motor 53 installed in the vicinity of the first deck 41 near the second deck 42, with the drive shaft 52 parallel to the driven shaft 51, and the driven shaft 51 and the drive shaft 52. Since it is constituted by a chain transmission means 54 disposed between and a connecting member 55 which is fixed between the driven shaft 51 and the third deck 43 and connects both, The first deck 41 can be smoothly and reliably pushed (or pulled back), and the second and third decks 42 and 43 can be smoothly and reliably expanded and folded. Further, since the chain transmission means 54 is configured with a speed reduction means, a small motor can be adopted as the drive motor 53, and the deck drive device 5 can be further downsized.

In the above embodiment, the guide rollers 400 are attached to both sides of the lower surface of the first deck 41 and the guide rails 401 are laid on both sides of the opening 20. The guide rails may be provided on both sides of the opening 20.

Further, in the case of the above embodiment, the chain transmission means 54 is adopted in the deck driving device 5, but instead of this, belt transmission means may be adopted. In this case, the sprocket is replaced with a pulley, and the chain is attached. What is necessary is just to replace with a belt. Even when the belt transmission means is employed, it is preferable to provide a speed reduction means. Of course, other power transmission means may be used for the deck driving device 5.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the mechanical parking apparatus is equipped with the raising / lowering opening 2 of the tray in the boarding part 1 of a motor vehicle, and the landing floor 3 of the tray of the direction different from the said raising / lowering opening 2, The tray Т is swung on the elevator port 2 by the mounted tray swivel device, and the opening is lifted and exposed on both sides of the tray Т landed on the landing port 3. The movable deck 4 has a configuration suitable for the opening 20, but in the case of an opening of a different type, for example, the direction of the opening or the shielding direction of the opening Depending on the mode, each part of the movable deck 4 is appropriately changed. In this case, the second and third decks 42 and 43 may be foldable upward or downward with respect to the first deck 41 depending on the form of the opening. If the deck driving device 5 is provided between the second and third decks 42 and 43 on the side opposite to the folding direction of the second and third decks 42 and 43, the second and third decks 42 and 43 are provided. It may be arranged on either the upper surface or the lower surface of 43. The second deck 42, the third deck 43, or both may be composed of a plurality of decks.

In the above embodiment, the gap-shaped portion 411 protrudes from one end of the first deck 41. However, when the coupler C is not necessary for the tray Т, the gap between the landing port 3 and the tray Т is not provided. Is not exposed, the gap shape portion 411 is not necessary for the first deck 41, and the protruding shape (gap shape portion 411) of the first deck 41 is selectively adopted.

In the above embodiment, the movable deck 4 is exemplified as a horizontal circulation type parking facility, but a puzzle circulation type, a plane reciprocation type, an elevator type, a box type circulation type, a circular circulation type, etc. It can be similarly applied to various types of mechanical parking facilities, and the same effects can be obtained.

Further, in the above description, the movable deck 4 is described as a blockage particularly for a vehicle opening / closing opening. However, the movable deck 4 is used for any location that should be safely shielded in a mechanical parking facility. It is also possible to obtain the same effect at the location. In this case, in all the above descriptions, “movable deck” is “movable shielding plate”, “(opening and lowering the car) opening” is “shielding surface”, and “first deck” is “first”. This can be realized by changing “second deck” to “second shielding plate” and “third deck” to “third shielding plate”.
