Abstract

【課題】スナップピンを抜く事によりクランクからペダルを容易に外す事が来る事とし、
市販の鍵を買う必要性を無くしたペダルを提供する。
【解決手段】ペダル軸１に回転パイプ２を通し回転パイプ脱落防止部品３を取り付け、止めネジ４で固定し、ペダル本体を完成させ、完成品５をクランク６のペダル穴７のガイド溝８に合わせスナップピン９をクランク６の穴１０にスナップピン９を通し、クランク６とペダル軸１を固定したことを特徴とする脱着式ペダル。

発明の意義 ０００１
自転車のペダルは左右両側に取り付けられ、そのペダルを回転させる事により前に進むもので非常に便利な乗り物である。私達は、自転車に乗るときに右側からペダルに足を掛けて乗る人又、左側に足をかけて乗る人それぞれである。従いましてその両方に取り付けてある片方のペダルを外して本件考案のペダルを取り付けるものである。そこで盗難を予防するために市販の鍵を二重、三重にしてもその鍵は壊され、そして乗り捨てられてしまうのである。しかしながら盗難等により放置された自転車は捨てられ壊され見るも無残な姿で放置されている訳です。又自転車は安価で購入出来る為その事の重大さにきずかず新車を購入すという手段になり社会悪という状況を引き起こしているのである。

本件考案のペダルはスナップピンを抜く事によりクランクからペダルを容易に外す事が来る事とし、市販の鍵を買う必要性を無くしたものである。又、ペダルに足を乗せる幅を９５ミリメートルとし、ペダルの最大長さを１２５ミリメートルとした。重量を１２０グラムに抑え軽量化に努力した。スナップピンの脱着は低学年の児童でも簡単に作業出来るように簡単におさえたもので、収納については本件考案のペダル一組をスナップピンを取り付けた状態で女性のハンドバックにも収納出来るようにしたものです。
本発明はこれらの問題点を解決するためになされたものである。

Claims (1)

  1. クランクから左右何れかのペダルを１つ取り外す。
    ペダル軸▲１▼に回転パイプ▲２▼を通し回転パイプ脱落防止部品▲３▼を取り付け、止めネジ▲４▼で固定する。本件考案のペダル本体の完成です。完成品▲５▼をクランク▲６▼のペダル穴▲７▼のガイド溝に▲８▼に合わせスナップピン▲９▼をクランク▲６▼の穴▲１０▼にスナップピン▲９▼通す。
    これでクランク▲６▼とペダル軸が▲１▼が固定された訳です。
    ペダル軸▲１▼を挿入するペダル穴▲７▼との径を最小限の誤差として安全性を確保した。
