Abstract
【解決手段】オゾン濃度測定流路内の一側の入口から試料ガスを測定流路内に導入して、紫外線の吸収量を測定し、その後該測定流路の他側の入口から測定流路内に基準ガスを導入して紫外線の吸収量を測定し、得られた試料ガスの紫外線吸収量と基準ガスの紫外線吸収量とを比較することによって、試料ガスのオゾン濃度を測定する。この方法を実施するために、オゾンガス測定流路の一側に試料ガス導入ファン及び整流格子を配置した試料ガス導入口を接続すると共に、該測定流路の他側に基準ガス生成用導入ファン及び基準ガス生成器を配置した基準ガス導入口を接続したオゾン濃度測定装置を用いる。

強制的に排出させるためのポンプ装置等を必要とした。このようなオゾン濃度測定装置の一例として、下記の非特許文献を提示する。
荏原実業株式会社製 高精度オゾンモニタEG−2001シリーズ・カタログ(平成17年1月頒布)
次に、基準ガス生成口7から基準ガス生成用導入ファン5及び基準ガス生成器6及び整流格子を介して、基準ガスを測定流路1内に導入し、紫外線ランプ8から照射された紫外線吸収量を紫外線センサー9によって計測する。最初に計測した紫外線吸収量と、次に計測した紫外線吸収量を、表示、計算機12により比較演算し、測定結果を数値表示する他、基準値以上のオゾン濃度の発生を探知した場合に警報を発する等、所望の表示を行う。
高純度活性炭素材や非貴金属系触媒をハニカム形状に成型したものが用いられる。ハニカム形状のセル数は23~78セル/平方センチメートルであって、オゾン濃度が5ppm以下の場合、高純度活性炭素材を、5〜1000ppmの範囲では高純度活性炭素材と非貴金属系触媒とを混在させ、1000ppmを超える場合は専ら非貴金属系触媒を用いる。

- オゾン濃度測定流路内の一側の入口から試料ガスを測定流路内に導入して、紫外線の吸収量を測定し、その後該測定流路の他側の入口から測定流路内に基準ガスを導入して紫外線の吸収量を測定し、得られた試料ガスの紫外線吸収量と基準ガスの紫外線吸収量とを比較することによって、試料ガスのオゾン濃度を測定する、オゾンガス濃度測定方法。
- オゾンガス測定流路の一側に試料ガス及び基準ガス導入ファンを配置した試料ガス導入口を接続すると共に、該測定流路の他側に基準ガス生成器を配置した基準ガス導入口を接続した、オゾン濃度測定装置。
- 前記基準ガス生成器にオゾン分解用触媒を配置した、請求項2に記載のオゾン濃度測定装置。
