Claims (10)
- 外表面を有し少なくとも1つの内部通路を備えるタービン部品(40)の内部通路表面に金属コーティングを形成する方法であって、
前記タービン部品の外表面にニッケルアルミニウムボンドコーティングを施すステップと、
前記タービン部品をVPAチャンバ(88)内に配置するステップと、
ガスマニホールドを少なくとも1つの内部通路入口に連結するステップと、
前記タービン部品を低活量のクロムアルミニウムドナー合金に曝すステップと、
前記タービン部品の前記内表面の少なくとも一部を気相アルミナイド化(VPA)処理によって被覆して、24重量%のアルミニウム、6重量%のクロムおよび2重量%のジルコニウムの組成を実質的に有するニッケルアルミナイドコーティングを前記タービン構成要素の前記外表面の少なくとも一部上に形成するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記タービン部品(40)を低活量のクロムアルミニウムドナー合金に曝すステップが、10〜24重量%のアルミニウムを含む組成のクロムおよびアルミニウムを含むドナー合金組成に前記タービン部品を曝すステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングが、ハロゲン化アルミニウムガスと金属表面の反応によって前記内表面に形成される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記金属コーティングを1040〜1120℃(1900〜2050°F)で30分〜4時間熱処理するステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記タービン部品(40)の前記外表面に、厚さ約0.001〜約0.003インチのボンドコーティングを施すステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記タービン部品(40)の前記内表面の少なくとも一部に、厚さ約0.0005〜約0.0015インチのアルミニウムコーティングを施すステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記タービン部品の前記外表面の少なくとも一部に、厚さ0.025〜0.076mm(0.001〜0.003インチ)のコーティングを施すステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記部品の前記内表面および前記外表面上にコーティングを有し、前記金属コーティングが請求項1に従って形成された、タービン部品(40)。
- 前記ボンドコーティングの厚さが、0.025〜0.076mm(0.001〜0.003インチ)である、請求項7記載のタービン部品(40)。
- 前記コーティングが、前記タービン部品の前記内表面の少なくとも一部上において、厚さ0.013〜0.038mm(0.0005〜0.0015インチ)である、請求項7記載のタービン部品(40)。
