Abstract
Método para o revestimento de componentes de turbinas a gás. Um método para formar um revestimento metálico sobre as superfícies das passagens internas de uma peça de turbina (40), incluindo aplicar um revestimento de ligação de alumineto de níquel em uma superfície externa da peça de turbina; posicionar a peça de turbina dentro de uma câmara VPA (88): acoplar um duto de gás em ao menos uma entrada de uma passagem interna; e revestir ao menos uma parte da superfície interna e da externa da peça de turbina através do processo de aluminização em fase de vapor (VPA) utilizando os gases de revestimento metálicos de modo a formar um revestimento nas superfícies internas da peça de turbina.
