前記一対のガイドレールにその両端部が案内されて昇降するビーム部材と、このビーム部材に前記巻上機を起立状態もしくは昇降路中央側への傾倒状態となるよう回動可能に固定する固定部材と、前記昇降路頂部に設置され前記ビーム部材に一端が固定される揚重索を引揚げることにより前記ビーム部材を揚重する揚重機とを備えて構成したことを特徴とするエレベータ巻上機の揚重装置。
