Abstract
【解決手段】主軸51の外周に爪回転体1を嵌め、爪回転体1の外周に、変速段数に応じた複数の主ギヤ2,3,4,5を並べて配置し、主軸に平行に設けた副軸6により、各主ギヤに対して所定の速度比で連動する複数の副ギヤ7,8,9,10を一体回転可能に支持し、爪回転体1に各主ギヤに対応するラチェット爪15,16,17,18を設け、ラチェット爪が噛合するラチェット歯19を各主ギヤの内周側に形成し、爪回転体1の外周面からラチェット爪を出没させる切替部材20の操作に伴い、ラチェット爪15,16,17,18をラチェット歯19に係脱させて、副ギヤ7,8,9,10を介し駆動力を伝達する主ギヤ2,3,4,5を切り替えることにより、入力側と出力側の回転の速度比を変化させて変速する。

Claims (5)
- 主軸の外周に爪回転体を嵌め、爪回転体の外周に、変速段数に応じた複数の主ギヤを並べて配置し、主軸に平行に設けた副軸により、各主ギヤに対して所定の速度比で連動する複数の副ギヤを一体回転可能に支持し、爪回転体に各主ギヤに対応するラチェット爪を設け、ラチェット爪が噛合するラチェット歯を各主ギヤの内周側に形成し、爪回転体の外周面からラチェット爪を出没させる切替部材の操作に伴い、ラチェット爪をラチェット歯に係脱させて、副ギヤを介し駆動力を伝達する主ギヤを切り替えることにより、入力側と出力側の回転の速度比を変化させて変速する自転車用変速装置。
- 請求項1に記載の自転車用変速装置において、切替部材を爪回転体の内周側に設け、切替部材の外周に各主ギヤごとに位相をずらして複数の凹部を形成し、爪回転体に対して切替部材を相対回転させ、ラチェット爪を切替部材の外周に摺接させることにより、ラチェット爪が爪回転体から出没するようにしたことを特徴とする自転車用変速装置。
- 請求項2に記載の自転車用変速装置において、回転しない固定部材と、操作用ワイヤの引き戻しに伴い回転する操作部材とにそれぞれ差動ギヤを軸支し、各差動ギヤを切替部材及び爪回転体に形成した外歯にそれぞれ噛合させると共に、その外側に設けたリング体の内歯にそれぞれ噛合させ、操作部材の回動に伴う切替部材と爪回転体との差動により変速するようにしたことを特徴とする自転車用変速装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の自転車用変速装置において、ペダルの踏力により回転するクランク軸を主軸とし、入力側となるクランク軸から出力側となるフロント側のスプロケットへ回転が伝達されるようにしたことを特徴とする自転車用変速装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の自転車用変速装置において、後輪を支持する車軸を主軸とし、入力側となるリア側のスプロケットから出力側となる外ケースへ回転が伝達されるようにしたことを特徴とする自転車用変速装置。
