Abstract
【解決手段】ノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)の外周面(10)が、燃焼室の方向に向けてテーパが付けられ、ないし尖らされ、これにより、前記ノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)の横断面積が、ノズルキャップ(7)からノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)の固定段部(12)まで連続して増大し、ノズルの燃焼室側直径と内燃機関のシリンダの直径との比が0.08〜0.11とされている。

Description
また、前記請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器において、シリンダヘッド(9)の噴射器挿入孔(8)が燃焼室側ノズル保持部位(13)を有し、該ノズル保持部位(13)の内周面(14)が、ノズル本体(2)の長手軸線Aに沿ってテーパが付けられ、ないし尖らされたノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)に対応して、同様にテーパが付けられ、大きさ的に合わされていることを特徴とする(請求項2)。さらに、前記請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器において、前記燃焼室側ノズル保持部位(13)が、噴射ノズル(1)を燃焼室側においてノズルキャップ(7)を除いて遮蔽する環状の断面舌片状形状部(15)を有していることを特徴とする(請求項3)。
また、前記請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射器において、ノズル保持部位(13)とノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)との間に、補助パッキンとして、ぴったり合わされた形状のほぼ環状のスペーサ(16)が設けられていることを特徴とする(請求項4)。

Claims (4)
- ニードル弁(3)が内部に設けられ案内されている長手軸線(A)に沿って延びるほぼ管状のノズル本体(2)を備えた噴射ノズルを有し、燃料を内燃機関のシリンダの燃焼室に噴射するために、前記ノズル本体(2)が燃焼室側においてノズルキャップ(7)に少なくとも1個の噴射開口(6)を有し、前記ノズル本体(2)が、シリンダのシリンダヘッド(9)の噴射器挿入孔(8)に組み込まれている燃料噴射器において、ノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)の外周面(10)が、ノズル本体(2)の長手軸線Aに沿って燃焼室の方向に向けてテーパが付けられ、ないし尖らされ、これにより、前記ノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)の横断面積が、ノズルキャップ(7)からノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)の固定段部(12)まで連続して増大し、ノズルの燃焼室側直径と内燃機関のシリンダの直径との比が0.08〜0.11とされていることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。
- シリンダヘッド(9)の噴射器挿入孔(8)が燃焼室側ノズル保持部位(13)を有し、該ノズル保持部位(13)の内周面(14)が、ノズル本体(2)の長手軸線Aに沿ってテーパが付けられ、ないし尖らされたノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)に対応して、同様にテーパが付けられ、大きさ的に合わされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 燃焼室側ノズル保持部位(13)が、噴射ノズル(1)を燃焼室側においてノズルキャップ(7)を除いて遮蔽する環状の断面舌片状形状部(15)を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- ノズル保持部位(13)とノズル本体の燃焼室近傍部位(11)との間に、補助パッキンとして、ぴったり合わされた形状のほぼ環状のスペーサ(16)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射器。
