Abstract
【解決手段】液圧成形プレス(1)の筐体(2)は、収縮によって互いに連結された外側の筒(3)と内側の筒(4)から構成される。内側の筒(4)内には、成形工具(9)の上側の工具(10)と下側の工具(11)用の二つの工具支持体(7,8)から成る工具支持体ユニット(6)が嵌め込まれており、成形工具(9)内には、加工物(13)を成形するための成形室(12)が有る。工具支持体(7,8)と工具(10,11)の間には、それぞれ成形プロセス時に工具を締め付けるためのショートリフトシリンダー(14,15)が配置されている。ショートリフトシリンダー(14,15)の圧力ピストン(18,19)の間及び上側の工具(10)と下側の工具(11)の間には、それぞれ圧力ピストン(18,19)と工具(10,11)に作用する成形室(12)の内圧を補正するためのプレッシャーパッド(20,21)が配置されている。

Claims (3)
- 互いに嵌合させて、収縮させることにより互いに連結させた外側の筒と内側の筒から成るプレス筐体と、加工物を成形部品に成形するための成形室が中に有り、静圧としての内圧を加えることができる、上側の工具と下側の工具から成る成形工具用のほぼ半張り殻形状の二つの工具支持体から構成される、内側の筒の中に嵌め込まれた工具支持体ユニットとを備えており、そして成形プロセス時に工具を締め付けるための圧力ピストンを備えた、圧力媒体を加えることができる少なくとも一つの上側のショートリフトシリンダーが、上側の工具支持体と上側の工具の間に配置され、そのような少なくとも一つの下側のショートリフトシリンダーが、下側の工具支持体と下側の工具の間に配置されている、高い内圧での成形により成形部品を製造するための液圧成形プレスにおいて、
圧力ピストン(18,19)と上側及び下側の工具(10,11)に作用する成形室(12)の内圧を補正するための、上側のショートリフトシリンダー(14)の圧力ピストン(18)と上側の工具(10)との間に配置された、圧力媒体を加えることができる少なくとも一つのプレッシャーパッド(20)と、下側のショートリフトシリンダー(15)の圧力ピストン(19)と下側の工具(11)との間に配置された、圧力媒体を加えることができる少なくとも一つのプレッシャーパッド(21)とを特徴とする液圧成形プレス。 - プレッシャーパッド(20,21)が、上側及び下側のショートリフトシリンダー(14,15)の圧力ピストン(18,19)と、上側の工具(10)及び下側の工具(11)とのどちらか一方又は両方に統合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧成形プレス。
- 成形室(12)の内圧に従って、プレッシャーパッド(20,21)に加える圧力媒体の圧力を制御することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液圧成形プレス。
