Abstract
【解決手段】 液晶モニターまたは液晶テレビ・ユニットに用いられる直下型バックライト・ユニットAに組み込まれる光拡散性能を有する積層樹脂板であって、積層樹脂板を構成する樹脂層のうち少なくとも1層が、少なくとも1種類の有機系光拡散剤および/または無機系光拡散剤を含む樹脂層であり、かつ、該有機系光拡散剤および無機系光拡散剤のうちの少なくとも1種類の白色度が100を越えて該積層樹脂板の板厚が2.0mm以下であり、該積層樹脂板の表面および/または裏面の光沢度が50%以下で構成したことを特徴とする。

Description
基材樹脂はPMMA樹脂とした。PMMA樹脂(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製「デラグラス LP−1」(登録商標))に、光拡散剤として、白色度が103.8であり、平均粒径が2μmのシリコーン微粒子を10%配合したマスター・バッチを用意し、全光線透過率が60%となるようにPMMA樹脂(同上)との混合比率を調節した。
光拡散剤として、白色度が102.9であるシリコーン微粒子を用いた点以外は、上記実施例1と同様の方法により、積層樹脂板を得た。YI値を測定した結果、UV照射試験後に測定したYI値を以下の表1に示す。

Claims (5)
- 液晶モニターまたは液晶テレビ・ユニットに用いられる直下型バックライト・ユニットに組み込まれる光拡散性能を有する積層樹脂板であって、
前記積層樹脂板を構成する樹脂層のうち少なくとも1層が、少なくとも1種類の有機系光拡散剤および/または無機系光拡散剤を含む樹脂層であり、かつ、該有機系光拡散剤および無機系光拡散剤のうちの少なくとも1種類の白色度が100を越えていることを特徴とする積層樹脂板。 - 前記積層樹脂板を構成する樹脂層のうち有機系光拡散剤および/または無機系光拡散剤を含む樹脂層が、該樹脂層を構成する樹脂成分の屈折率よりも大きい光拡散剤と、該樹脂成分の屈折率よりも小さい光拡散剤を含む樹脂層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層樹脂板。
- 前記積層樹脂板の板厚が2.0mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層樹脂板。
- 前記積層樹脂板の板厚が1.6mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層樹脂板。
- 前記積層樹脂板の表面および/または裏面の光沢度が50%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の積層樹脂板。
