Abstract
【解決手段】凹面鏡3による反射後の視線L″に対して多少傾斜した位置関係で配置した液晶ディスプレイ11の背後に、凹面鏡3による反射後の視線L″に対して垂直な面上に位置するようにバックライト13及び集束レンズ部材15を配置して、バックライト13からの照明光の光束が液晶ディスプレイ11の範囲内に収まるように集束レンズ部材15によって収束させる構成とした。

Claims (3)
- 視線に対して傾斜して配置された反射部材上で視認される虚像が前記視線に対して垂直な面上に結像するように、前記反射部材により反射された視線に対して傾斜して配置された液晶ディスプレイの背後からバックライトの照明光を照射して、前記液晶ディスプレイに表示された表示像の像光を前記反射部材に向けて出射させる発光表示装置において、
前記バックライトはその発光面が前記反射部材により反射された視線に対して垂直に位置するように配置され、
前記バックライトと前記液晶ディスプレイとの間には、前記発光面から出射される前記照明光の光束が前記液晶ディスプレイの内側に収まり、かつ、前記液晶ディスプレイを透過して前記表示像の像光となった前記照明光の光束が前記反射部材の内側に収まるように、前記照明光の光束を収束させる集束レンズ部材が配置されている、
ことを特徴とする発光表示装置。 - 前記集束レンズ部材は複数の集束レンズを平面上に配列したアレイ状に構成されている請求項1記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記バックライトは複数の点光源を平面上に配列して構成されており、前記各集束レンズは前記各点光源と光軸を合致させて配置されている請求項2記載の発光表示装置。
