Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that wind and rain easily intrude from a gap between a top surface of a lower tile and an apron of an upper tile.
SOLUTION: This plate tile, the step part 7 of which is formed by heightening a tail-side part of a valley part 3, is laid in such a manner that a lower end surface of the apron 11 of the upper plate tile abuts on the top surface of the step part 7 of the lower plate tile. Thus, the wind and rain blowing up a roof surface blow against the raised part 8 of the step part 7, so as to be guided upward. This prevents the wind and rain from directly blowing against a region where the top surface of the step part 7 and the lower end surface of the apron 11 abut on each other, and prevents the wind and rain from blowing in from the the region.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a flat roof tile that makes it difficult for water to blow from the gap between the front sag of the upper roof tile in the installed state and the upper surface of the lower roof tile.

Conventionally, a so-called U-type flat roof tile with raised portions on both sides of the tile body and a valley between the raised portions is provided with a notch at the approximate center of the lower end surface of the front sag. In addition, the upper roof tile is placed so as to straddle the lower two roof tiles so that the raised portion where the two adjacent lower roof tiles are fitted in the notch of the front tile of the upper roof tile, It is made to install (for example, refer patent document 1).

However, the above-described prior art has a problem to be solved as described below.
(1) As shown in FIG. 17, since the wind and rain that has blown up from below the roof hits directly between the upper surface of the lower tile and the front sag of the upper tile, the space below the roof between the upper surface of the tile and the front sag Wind and rain easily enter the interior of the roof. As a result, rainwater adheres to the roof base, and the space becomes hot due to tiles heated by direct sunlight, and the roof base is easily corroded.
(2) Since there is a large step between the upper surface of the butt-side water return and the upper surface of the valley that is the contact portion of the front sag, the front sag has to be increased and is easily broken.

In view of the problem that wind and rain easily enter from the gap between the upper surface of the lower roof tile and the front sag of the upper roof and the front sag easily breaks, the present invention is provided with raised portions on both sides of the tile body. In the flat roof tiles between the raised portions, the flat roof tiles formed at the bottoms of the valleys to form stepped portions, the lower end surface of the upper flat roof tiles, and the lower flat roof steps. The wind and rain that blows up the roof surface strikes the rising part of the stepped portion and is guided upward, so that the wind and rain are directly applied to the contact portion between the upper surface of the stepped portion and the lower end surface of the front sag. Therefore, the problem (1) is solved and the sag is inevitably reduced, so that the problem (2) is solved.

In short, the present invention is to form a stepped portion by raising the fore-end contact portion of the bottom side portion in the valley portion, lowering the upper surface of the stepped portion from the raised portion, lowering the height of the front droop, and Since the shallow notch is provided at the lower end of the wind, the wind and rain that blows up the roof surface is directed upward by hitting the rising part of the step, so that the rain does not directly hit the contact part between the upper surface of the step and the lower end of the front sag Therefore, it is possible to prevent the blowing of wind and rain from between the upper surface of the stepped portion and the lower end surface of the front sag, and this high waterproof function can be used as it is on a gentle slope roof.
Furthermore, in the conventional U-type flat roof tile, a face-to-door tile that closes the net line display portion in the ridge portion shown in FIG. 16 is necessary, but the present one is as shown in FIGS. Since the face door is narrow or almost absent, the face roof tile can be made unnecessary, and thus the waterproofing of the part can be completed by the work of sealing that closes a minute gap.

In a flat roof tile provided with raised portions on both sides of the tile body and having a valley between the raised portions, a stepped portion is formed by raising the front dripping contact portion of the bottom side portion in the valley, and the upper surface of the stepped portion Since it is flush with the raised part, the height of the front sag is lowered, and the lower end surface of the front sag is a flat surface, it can slide in the direction of the sword in addition to the same effect as above. The position in the direction of girder can be adjusted.

Since the stepped part is formed so that the upper surface reaches the end on the bottom side, it can be slid in the flow direction in the installed state, so that the position in the flow direction can be adjusted. Since the back side is a recess, the thickness of the tile body 1 can be made uniform, and a wide recess in the flow direction is formed on the back side of the tile body 1 so that it can be hooked on a horizontal rail. However, since the width of the horizontal rail is narrow and the concave portion cannot be blocked, the lower space of the upper and lower tiles can be communicated through the concave portion, so that the air permeability of the lower space of the tile can be improved. Its practical effect is enormous.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 are a plan view, a rear view, and a front view of a first embodiment of a flat roof tile according to the present invention, and FIGS. 4 to 7 are an X1-X1 sectional view, an X2-X2 sectional view of FIG. Y1-Y1 cross-sectional view, Y2-Y2 cross-sectional view, a flat roof tile having raised portions 2, 2a on both sides of the tile body 1 and a valley portion 3 between the raised portions 2, 2a. One side is an overlap portion 4 and an underlap portion 5 is integrally formed on the other side.
The upper surface of the bottom side of the valley portion 3 of the roof tile body 1 is raised to form a stepped portion 7, the height of the stepped portion 7 is set slightly lower than the raised portions 2 and 2a, and the rising portion 8 of the stepped portion 7 is It is set slightly closer to the head side than the boundary line L of the butt-side polymerization site 9.
Therefore, the bottom side water return 10 formed on the roof tile body 1 is inevitably formed on the top side of the upper surface of the stepped portion 7, so that the top surface of the bottom side water return 10 and the front side drooping of the roof tile body 1 are suspended. The level difference between the upper surfaces of the valleys 3 serving as the contact portions of 11 is reduced, the height of the front sag 11 is inevitably reduced, and the notch 12 formed in the front sag 11 is also shallow.
In view of the formation of the stepped portion 7, it is preferable that the concave portion 6 is formed at a position directly below the stepped portion 7 on the bottom side of the bottom surface of the tile main body 1 in order to make the thickness of the tile main body 1 constant.
8-10, if the staggering is performed, the raised portion 2 on the overlap portion 4 side of one tile and the raised portion 2a on the underlap portion 5 side of the other tile are fitted into the notch 12. The both side portions of the notch 12 on the lower end surface of the front sag 11 abut against the upper surfaces of the stepped portions 7 of both roof tiles.

In the first embodiment, the height of the stepped portion 7 is slightly lower than that of the raised portions 2 and 2a. However, as in the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 2a. In this case, the front sag 11 has no notch 12, and the lower end surface is a flat surface.
14 and 15, if the staggering is performed, the raised portion 2 on the side of the overlap portion 4 of one tile, the raised portion 2a on the side of the underlap portion 5 of the other tile, and the level difference between both tiles. The lower end surface of the front sag 11 abuts on the upper surface of the portion 7. In addition, the lower end surface of the front sag 11 is a flat surface, and the upper surface of the stepped portion 7 and the upper surfaces of the raised portions 2 and 2a are flush with each other. And can be installed.

Next, the operation of the flat roof tile according to the present invention will be described.
When the flat roof tiles are staggered, the wind blowing up the roof surface first strikes the rising portion 8 of the stepped portion 7 and is guided obliquely upward by the rising portion 8 as shown in FIGS. Since there is a contact portion between the upper surface of the stepped portion 7 and the lower end surface of the front sag 11 at a position shifted to the butt side from the extension line, wind and rain do not directly hit the corresponding contact portion, and wind and rain are not blown.
Moreover, since the recessed part 6 is wide in the flow direction on the back surface of the main body 1, even if it is hooked on the horizontal beam S on the roof base W side, it is not separated by the horizontal beam S, and the lower space of the upper and lower roof tiles is formed in the lower space. The communication state is established.

That is, it is preferable that the stepped portion 7 is formed so that the upper surface thereof extends to the end on the bottom side, so that the position adjustment in the flow direction at the time of laying work is possible. From the viewpoint, if the lower end surface of the front sag 11 can come into contact and the space between the upper surface of the valley 3 and the lower end surface of the front sag 11 can be closed, for example, a narrow jetty shape may be used.

Further, in the ridge, as shown in FIG. 9, there is a slight gap between the ridge tile P, Pa... And the upper surface of the stepped portion 7 in the flat roof tile, or as shown in FIG. Since Pa ... contacts the upper surface of the stepped portion 7 of the flat roof tile, the ceiling 20 covers the gap between the roof tile P, Pa ... and the flat roof tile. Although the sealing 20 is not shown in FIG. 14, it is common to perform a sealing process during actual installation work.
