Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a flat roof tile which is used for a Western-style building such as a concrete building and which does not fly even if it is blown by the wind. 2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a conventional flat tile 3 of this kind. When a tile is to be roofed, it is hooked on a pier 1 as shown in FIG. After nails are fixed in the holes 2 and the side edges of the tiles are stacked side by side in a row, the next tile 3 is staggered over the tile head of the lower tile so that the next tile 3 is staggered with the lower tile. (See FIG. 3). As shown in FIG. 3, when the roof tiles are laid so that the upper and lower roof tiles are staggered, the rainwater flowing between the roof tiles flows down to the center of the roof tile on the lower side of the eaves. Although it is difficult to cause rain leakage by entering under a roof tile, there are the following problems. That is, on the right edge of the tile 3a, the left edge of the right tile 3b is superimposed and pressed, and the tile head is pressed by the tile edge of the tile on the upper ridge side, but the left edge is the tile of the tile on the left. Since it is only placed on the roof tile 4 on the right side,
A strong wind blows from below due to a typhoon or the like, and the roof tiles may be blown off if they are blown from the left. [0004] There have also been proposed some flat roof tiles which are prevented from flying even when a strong wind blows. JP-A-2001-408
21, JP-A-2001-107511, JP-A-2001
Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2001-40821 discloses, for example, a concave portion near the roof edge of a tile receiver on the left side edge, and a concave portion which is engaged with a concave portion at the center of a tile head to form the concave portion. A flat roof tile provided with a hook-shaped engaging convex portion for holding has been proposed. In addition, a hook-shaped engaging portion is protruded at the center of the tile head and a concave portion formed on the tile bottom surface of the tile to be roofed upward. There is also known a flat roof tile which is engaged to press the concave portion. [0005] Problems to be solved by the invention
No. 21 has the following problems. (1) The roof tile has a low step so that the right edge of the tile on the left side is placed on top of the roof, so that the wall pressure is reduced. The wall pressure of the concave portion is further reduced, not only the strength of the concave portion is reduced, but also
The strength of the entire recess is also likely to decrease. If the length of the recess is increased to allow more room for the tiles to be tiled, the strength is reduced. (2) Water around the recess is reduced. The bend following the return is provided, but this narrows the flow path in the tile receiver, obstructing the flow of water and increasing the amount of rainwater flowing into the tile receiver overflows over the water return and the bent part (3) Even if the concave part and the engaging convex part that suppresses the concave part are damaged and lose the function of pressing the tile, after the tile is roofed, the side edge of the tile next to the tile receiver is closed. Because they are overlapping, they cannot be confirmed just by looking at the surface, and so on. [0006] Even in a flat tile having a hook-shaped engaging portion protruding at the center of the tile head, the appearance of the tiled roof is impaired because the engaging portion is protruded with the tile being roofed. Due to the structure of the flat roof tile, the bottom recess cannot have a very large length in the vertical direction, so that there is a drawback in that the layout dimensions of the roof tile cannot be given a margin. An object of the present invention is to provide a flat roof tile which has solved the above-mentioned problems. According to the first aspect of the present invention, an engaging piece can be laterally protruded from a notch at a lower end of a tile receiver, and can be engaged with the engaging piece at a central portion of a tile head. A hook-shaped engaging portion is projected upward, and a cutout is formed at the corner of the roof tile so that the engaging portion is fitted. Engages with the engaging piece of the roof tile that is laid on the upper side and presses the engaging piece, and fits into the notch of the tile that is placed on the tile receiver, and the tile that is placed on the tile receiver is engaged. It is characterized in that it is put on the joint. [0008] According to the present invention, the engagement piece is only protruded from the existing roof tile and does not impair the strength of the existing roof tile. It can be formed relatively long in the vertical direction within the range, allowance for the layout dimensions of the roof tiles, the flow path of the roof tiles is the same as the existing one, the roofed tiles from the bottom When you look at it, you can easily see that the engaging part is visible and the engaging part is damaged. When the tile is roofed, the engaging part is covered with the tile that is laid on the upper side, the engaging part protrudes and the appearance is It has features such as not being damaged. FIG. 4 shows a flat roof tile 1 according to the present invention.
1, a tile receiver 12 is formed on the right side edge, and a stepped engagement piece 14 that is one step lower than the tile receiver 12 is formed at the lower end of the tile receiver at the corner of the notch 13 so as to protrude laterally. Further, a hook-shaped engaging portion 15 that engages with the engaging piece 14 is provided at the center of the tile head so as to protrude upward. In the figure, reference numeral 16 denotes a water return formed on the roof receiver 12, and 17 denotes a nail hole.
When the roof is laid, the roof tiles 11 are fixed by hitting nails to the pier through the nail holes 17 in the same manner as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 18 denotes a notch into which the engaging portion 15 of the tile 11 at the lower left is fitted when the tile is roofed. When the roof tiles 11 are to be roofed, the roof tiles 11 are arranged in a row in a row from the eaves side, the left edge of the roof tile 11 on the right side is superimposed on the roof tray 12, and nails are nailed through nail holes 17 to be fixed. Next, the roof tiles 11 are inserted into the engagement portions 15 of the tiles to be laid on the lower side with the engagement pieces 14 inserted in a row, and the roof tiles 11 are staggered with the eaves-side roof tiles 11 on the tile receiver 12 to the right. The left edges of the adjacent tiles 11 are overlapped and arranged (FIG. 5). FIG. 6 shows a state in which the engagement piece 14 is inserted into the hook-shaped engagement portion 15, the engagement portion 15 presses the engagement piece 14, and the left edge of the tile on the right side of the roof tile covers it. Show. According to the roof tile of the present embodiment, the roof tile 11 is fixed at two places by the roof of the roof with a nail driven through a nail hole 17, and the lower roof 11 of the roof tile which presses the locking portion 14 at the lower end of the roof is received. Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 200-200300, in which the distance from the nailing position to the position pressed by the engaging portion 15 presses the lower part of the roof tile support
It is longer than the tile of 1-40821. That is, since the distance between the support points of the tiles is long, the tiles are firmly fixed, the tiles are unlikely to be lifted by the blowing of the wind, and the engagement part is covered with a tile end on the left edge of the tile on the right, It can be roofed so that it is flush with the end face of the tile end, so it does not protrude to the outside, so that the appearance of the tiled roof is not impaired, the engagement part is damaged, and the function of holding the tile receiver is It is easy to check or check for loss (if the engaging part is damaged, the tile will be replaced), and the tile receiver will not be damaged because it is not different from the existing one. That the flow path of the roof is not narrowed, and that the engagement piece can be lengthened in the up-down direction within the range of the notch at the bottom of the roof tile, so that the layout dimensions for roofing can be given a margin. Has the effect of According to the flat roofing tile of the present invention, the roofing tile is the same as the existing roofing tile, so that the strength of the roofing tile is not impaired and the flow path is not adversely affected. The engaging piece can be formed relatively long in the vertical direction within the range of the notch at the lower end of the tile receiver, and it can have a margin in the layout dimensions of the tile. Since the engaging part protrudes by covering the tile butt of the upper tile, the appearance of the tiled roof is not impaired, and the lower end face of the engaging part is visible when the roof of the tiled roof is viewed from below, This has the effect that the presence or absence of breakage can be easily confirmed.
