2. Description of the Related Art A conventional flat roof tile is a roof tile that is adjacent to a roof tile in the girder direction in order to stack the roof roof tile above the lower stacking portion of the roof tile. It is not possible to prevent rainwater from entering through gaps that occur between them. However, since the invading rainwater flows down on the upper surface of the lower overlapping portion of one flat roof tile and is discharged to the center of the upper surface of the lower flat roof tile, it is possible to provide the constructed roof tile with a waterproof function. However, since the above-mentioned gap is opened upward and rainwater directly enters, the amount of intrusion of rainwater is greatly increased, and the gap is wide due to distortion during firing. Because there is a part that becomes
Even if there is a downward overlapping part, it can be a factor of rain leak. In addition, the lower overlapping part often breaks without knowing when the roof is being erected, and the tile roof will be completed as it is, so rainwater that has entered through the above-mentioned gaps will surely become a roof. Since it reaches the groundwork, there was a problem that had to be resolved, such as the eventual leakage of rain.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the problem that a large amount of rainwater enters through the gaps between adjacent flat roof tiles based on the above-mentioned conventional technique, the present invention has a rectangular shape in which an upper overlapping portion is formed on one side. In addition to projecting the lower overlapping part on the other side of the roof tile body, the roof side, the outside of the lower overlapping part and one side of the tile main body have water repellent, and in the roof tile provided with the sag on the head side, the upper overlapping part Above the part, by staggering the flat tile with the overlapped part, the tip side of which protrudes from the side edge of the upper overlapping part, on the roof substrate, the gap between the flat tiles adjacent in the girder direction is The above problem is solved by forming a side opening between the overlapping portion of one flat roof tile and the upper surface of the other flat roof tile so as to prevent direct entry of rainwater.

Next, the operation of the flat roof tile according to the present invention will be described. When the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ...
The gap between the side end surface of the upper overlapping portion 3 of the one flat plate tile 1, 1a ... Adjacent to the column direction and the side end face of the roof tile body 2 of the other flat plate tile 1a, 1b. At the boundary between the adjacent flat roof tiles 1, 1a ..., the water barb 10 of the overlapping portion 7 of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ... Abuts on the upper surface of the other flat roof tiles 1a, 1b. As shown, the flat roof tiles 1a, 1a ... are formed in a side opening state between the lower end surface of the water return 10 of the overlapping portion 7 and the other flat roof tiles 1a, 1b. Flat roof tiles 1a, 1b ... Only a small amount of rainwater that has fallen on the roof tiles will invade, and the amount of rainwater that enters will be extremely small. Also, one of the adjacent flat tiles 1,
When 1a ... is slid slightly in the direction of the girders and is roofed so as to match the size of the roof, the side end surface of the upper overlapping portion 3 in one flat tile 1, 1a, and the other flat tiles 1a, 1b. Although the gap between the roof tile body 2 and the side end surface of the roof tile body 2 becomes wider, the roof tile body 2 is completely hidden by the overlapping portion 7. Further, the water repellent 8 hidden by the overlap portion 7 surely prevents rainwater from entering the inside.

Further, the fixture 12 inserted into the insertion hole 13 of the lower overlapping portion 4 of the upper flat roof tiles 1, 1a ...
The roof tile body 2 in the lower flat roof tiles 1, 1a ...
When the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ... are laid on the roof ground A so that the roof roof A is inserted through the insertion holes 14 of the roof roof A, the head side of the upper flat roof tiles 1, 1a. Is fixed to A, and the bottom side of the lower flat tiles 1, 1a ... Is sandwiched and fixed between the head side of the upper flat tiles 1, 1a. In addition, in the flat tiles 1, 1a ... Shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the flat tiles 1, 1a ...
Is slightly shifted downward in the flow direction and is temporarily placed, and then is moved upward and is overlapped with the engaging recesses 17 of the hangings 6 in the roof tiles 1, 1a. If the engaging convex portion 16 on the rear surface side of the portion 7 is repeatedly fitted in the direction of the girder, the head side of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ... In the reveted state does not rise.

In summary, according to the present invention, since the overlapping portion 7 having the tip side protruding from the side edge portion of the upper overlapping portion is provided above the upper overlapping portion 3, one flat roof tile adjacent in the column row direction is provided. The upper opening-like gap between the side end surface of the upper overlapping portion 3 of 1, 1a ... And the side end surface of the roof tile main body 2 of the other flat plate tiles 1a, 1b. Even if the flat roof tiles 1, 1a are laid by widening the above-mentioned gap due to the layout at the time of roofing, they can be hidden by the overlapping portion 7, and the gap formed at the boundary is in a side opening state. , It is possible to prevent the rainwater falling from above from directly invading, and the invading rainwater becomes the extreme part of the rainwater flowing down on the other flat roof tiles 1a, 1b .. Can be extremely reduced, and therefore a tiled roof equipped with a waterproof function can be It can be built. Moreover, since the fitting notch 11 of the overlap portion 7 is provided in the sag 6,
Even when the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ... Are staggered, the overlapping portion 7 of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ...
Since it can be fitted into the fitting notch 11 of the hang-down 6 in, the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ... Can be installed without any hindrance.

Further, since the water bar 5a is provided on one side of the roof tile body 2 and the water bar 10 is provided on the back surface of the tip of the overlapping portion 7, the water bar 5a is provided on the adjacent flat roof tiles 1, 1a. Even if there is, the gap between the overlapping portion 7 and the upper surface of the flat tiles 1, 1a ... Can be made extremely narrow, or can be brought into contact with the upper surfaces of the flat tiles 1, 1a. , 1a
… Only a small part of the rainwater flowing above reaches the boundary part, and only part of it penetrates inward, so the intrusion of rainwater from the boundary part of the flat tiles 1, 1a adjacent in the girder direction is further suppressed. It is possible to build a tiled roof with a higher waterproof function.

Further, since the overlapping portion 7 is formed so as to extend from the bottom side of the roof tile body 2 to the lower end portion of the sag 6, it is possible to hide the gap between the sags 6 of the adjacent flat tiles 1. The finished tiled roof can be made to look good. Further, an engaging convex portion 16 is provided on the back surface of the lower end side of the portion of the overlapping portion 7 on the sag 6 side, while an engaging concave portion for the engaging convex portion 16 is provided at a corner of the sag 6 on the lower overlapping portion 4 side. Since 17 is formed, the engaging recess in one flat roof tile 1, 1a ...
If the engaging protrusions 16 of the other flat tiles 1, 1a ... Are fitted into the roof 17, the other flat tiles 1, 1a ... Since it can be pressed down with, it is possible to construct a tiled roof with a windproof function.

Further, since the insertion holes 13 and 14 of the fixture 12 are provided on the head side of the lower overlapping portion 4 and the bottom side of the roof tile body 2, the insertion holes are formed.
Fixture 12 that is inserted into 13 and 14 and driven into the roof base A
Since the head side of the flat roof tiles 1, 1a ... Can be fixed to the roof substrate A, it is possible to prevent the flat roof tiles 1, 1a .. , 1a, etc. are not blown away, and the finished tile roof can be equipped with a typhoon function, which is a great practical effect.
